Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

Wir waren enttäuscht: Im Februar 2022 nur Zimmerfrühstück ”wg. Corona”, welches man am Vorabend bestellen und die Lieferzeit angeben musste. Standard-Zimmer einschl. Bad sehr klein, Zimmertür zum Vorflur ließ sich nicht schließen (Bett im Weg), einfache Ausstattung. Wir wussten überhaupt nicht, wie und wo wir unser Frühstück einnehmen sollten. Die vier Sterne haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür sind rd. 133 Euro + 15 Euro Tiefgarage pro Nacht zu viel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum, das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die hauseigene Tiefgarage, in die man auch mit einem großen Auto kommt (allerdings muss man für Ein- und Ausfahrt sich jeweils eine Karte an der Rezeption holen und anschließend gleich wieder abgeben), freie Minibar (4 Flaschen).

L'hotel è situato in un bel edificio storico, che è ottico, ma significa anche che l'isolamento del rumore e il riscaldamento sono un po' datati. Potevi sentire i tram che passavano all’esterno, che era un rumore ogni volta, ma mi sorprendeva quanto bene mi sono addormentato. Il letto era grande. Il riscaldamento era più di una questione in primavera, ci vuole molto tempo per riscaldare la stanza. Non c'è problema se dormite in una stanza fredda, ma per il mio partner era troppo freddo. L'ascensore in legno è un monumento storico (un monumento tecnico), che mi piaceva per il mio interesse nella storia e nella tecnologia. Non aspettate un dispositivo molto moderno, tuttavia. Inoltre, l'edificio è mantenuto in stato di lavoro nonostante la sua età, anche se alcune riparazioni potrebbero fare miracoli, che avrebbe potuto essere un grande hotel quando è stato costruito, e ha ancora il potenziale se dovessero ripararlo. In operazioni, l'hotel, purtroppo, perde punti. Non avere una caldaia né una cassaforte nella stanza se inferiore al standard per un hotel a quattro stelle più. L'hotel è stato aperto il giorno precedente, quindi, in un angolo, ancora l'atmosfera di costruzione, soprattutto fuori. Situazione in una zona commerciale disattiva, raggiungibile con l'auto, al tram più vicino sono circa 300m. Le camere e l'hotel sono moderne e chic, la colazione ci ha anche piacere nel tipo di presentazione e la selezione. Nel hipster Studio prenotato, una piccola cottura con frigorifero, sono pratiche anche bluetooth altoparlanti per il smartphone. Tuttavia, il hipster Studio non ha certamente i 32qm elencati! Personale molto amichevole. In sintesi, ci è piaciuto, al momento anche un buon rapporto prezzo-prezzo.

My wife commented this was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in on our many trips to Europe as she walked in the room. Humidity affects her hair and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the excess humidity. Fortunately, there was a plug outside the bathroom with a big mirror on the opposite wall. unfortunately, the bar was eyelevel, but it worked. On day two, the plug did not work. For both of us, it was very, very difficult to find the right spot between too cold and too hot for the shower. Once found it was ok, till someone, somewhere, caused the water to be scalding hot. I personally remember getting burned at least 3 times. Other than these items, showers and getting ready in the morning, the place was great. The arrival staff was superb, especially Tom. The maid was also very helpful about the plug. She brought her vacuum down to test the plug. It was head. She went out of her way for service. When we spoke about the plug at the front desk, one lady said, technicians in on Monday. Someone else heard the conversation and gave us an extension cord which we could plug into the bathroom and use outside the room. Very helpful. Great Bar service and the dinner salad dressing was superb. The bed was much better in terms of support than the bed at the Mercure in St. Germain En Laye. With the tram stop right outside, hotel is very convenient. The 5 steps Up / Down are not friendly with luggage or handicap. We were also in a remodeled room and it was nice. The glass hiding the coffee cups is inconvenient and finding the hot water pot was difficult to find at first. I hope they get the hot water fixed as I would want to stay again.
