Hotel in zona Liebenzeller Gemeinde Linkenheim, Karlsruhe

My wife commented this was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in on our many trips to Europe as she walked in the room. Humidity affects her hair and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the excess humidity. Fortunately, there was a plug outside the bathroom with a big mirror on the opposite wall. unfortunately, the bar was eyelevel, but it worked. On day two, the plug did not work. For both of us, it was very, very difficult to find the right spot between too cold and too hot for the shower. Once found it was ok, till someone, somewhere, caused the water to be scalding hot. I personally remember getting burned at least 3 times. Other than these items, showers and getting ready in the morning, the place was great. The arrival staff was superb, especially Tom. The maid was also very helpful about the plug. She brought her vacuum down to test the plug. It was head. She went out of her way for service. When we spoke about the plug at the front desk, one lady said, technicians in on Monday. Someone else heard the conversation and gave us an extension cord which we could plug into the bathroom and use outside the room. Very helpful. Great Bar service and the dinner salad dressing was superb. The bed was much better in terms of support than the bed at the Mercure in St. Germain En Laye. With the tram stop right outside, hotel is very convenient. The 5 steps Up / Down are not friendly with luggage or handicap. We were also in a remodeled room and it was nice. The glass hiding the coffee cups is inconvenient and finding the hot water pot was difficult to find at first. I hope they get the hot water fixed as I would want to stay again.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

Albergo davvero eccellente! Ottima posizione a 8 minuti dalla stazione. Personale super gentile, camere pulitissime, alla reception sempre disponibile bevande calde e fredde, biscotti. Una colazione molto varia con ogni cibo si possa desiderare. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!! Truly excellent hotel! Excellent location 8 minutes from the station. L'hotel è situato in un bel edificio storico, che è ottico, ma significa anche che l'isolamento del rumore e il riscaldamento sono un po' datati. Potevi sentire i tram che passavano all’esterno, che era un rumore ogni volta, ma mi sorprendeva quanto bene mi sono addormentato. Il letto era grande. Il riscaldamento era più di una questione in primavera, ci vuole molto tempo per riscaldare la stanza. Non c'è problema se dormite in una stanza fredda, ma per il mio partner era troppo freddo. L'ascensore in legno è un monumento storico (un monumento tecnico), che mi piaceva per il mio interesse nella storia e nella tecnologia. Non aspettate un dispositivo molto moderno, tuttavia. Inoltre, l'edificio è mantenuto in stato di lavoro nonostante la sua età, anche se alcune riparazioni potrebbero fare miracoli, che avrebbe potuto essere un grande hotel quando è stato costruito, e ha ancora il potenziale se dovessero ripararlo. In operazioni, l'hotel, purtroppo, perde punti. Non avere una caldaia né una cassaforte nella stanza se inferiore al standard per un hotel a quattro stelle più. In totale, se avete bisogno di alloggi vicino alla stazione principale e non necessitate troppo, è un bel posto per soggiornare, soprattutto se si ottiene un buon prezzo. Se si aspetta un'esperienza di quattro stelle più, l'hotel non si aspetta ragionevolmente.

Pulizia, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, molto conveniente per viaggiare Il personale di servizio della ricezione è anche entusiasta. Dopo aver lasciato la stanza, ha conservato il bagaglio all'hotel. È stato giocato fuori per tornare a prendere il bagaglio in treno, facile e felice!Grazie!

Hotel della catena B&B Hotels che ben conosciamo grazie alle esperienze positive avute in Francia, Italia e Germania, comodamente situato a breve distanza dall’ingresso sud della stazione centrale di Karlsruhe. Prenotato tramite il sito internet di B&B al costo di 78€ per una notte, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che si è trattato di un ottimo soggiorno. Probabilmente il prezzo è stato un po’ oltre alla media ma, la presenza dell’ampio parcheggio gratuito in garage, collegato direttamente alla struttura tramite ascensore, è stato perfetto e ci ha permesso di girare la città anche il mattino successivo, solo questo vale un voto massimo. La camera è la classica di questo tipo di albergo (qui era presente anche un terzo letto) con bagno (dotato anche di phon) Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e, dietro al letto, una riproduzione della particolare mappa cittadina a ventaglio. Come in tutti gli alberghi della catena però, la mancanza un piccolo frigorifero è la cosa che più si fa sentire e, almeno per mio modo di vedere la stanza, aggiungerlo cambierebbe molto. In ogni caso, il gentile personale dell’albergo si è mostrato disponibile a mettere in fresco dei ghiaccioli, utili per trasportare qualcosa nella nostra borsa frigo. Grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione, basta percorrere il lungo passaggio che dall’ingresso sud porta all’ingresso principale per trovare diversi tram comodissimi per il centro città oltre a treni diretti nelle vicinanze o anche oltre e, ancora più in periodo di 9-Euro Ticket, questo è stato veramente perfetto. Un ottimo albergo, comodo, silenzioso, ben gestito, sicuramente sarebbe la prima scelta per un nuovo soggiorno a Karlsruhe.

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.

A volte mi chiedo: perché mi succede questo? Prenoto un hotel Ibis Styles ma ricevo il comfort di una cinque stelle? Che c'è di male con queste categorie di prenotazione? Lasciatemi essere chiaro e preciso. Nonostante il fatto che il design non vincerà un premio (carpette, interiore nelle camere, colori), questo hotel mi convince in termini di letti accoglienti, pulizia, silenzio, isolamento sonoro e colazione. Come detto: design – bene – ci sono sempre due ragazzi colpevoli: uno che ha progettato e l'altro che l'ha comprato. Tuttavia, voglio dormire e avere un buon colazione e entrambi sono stati soddisfatti ad un alto standard. Le camere sono state confortevoli e confortevoli, la camera spaziosa, il bagno separato tra la toletta e la doccia (che non è una scelta sbagliata). Il colazione mattina: meraviglioso! Il personale da menzionare prima: amichevole, utile e molto attento per mantenere la zona di colazione e buffet pulito. Una macchina del caffè ben funzionante e in alto: un servizio di caffè auto-brezza è stato anche disponibile – fancy. La qualità e la quantità del buffet rispetto al suo prezzo: eccellente. Mangio peggio per più soldi in hotel più qualificati! E ' ridicolo! Questo hotel merita un'eccellente recensione e il mio marketing personale. Ben fatto! Si consiglia fortemente questo posto!
