Good hotel I will book again.

Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage zugewiesen, im Dachgeschoss nach einem sonnigen Tag war die Temperatur bei Ankunft deutlich über 30°. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, hieß es nur, dass kein anderes Zimmer mehr verfügbar wäre, weil sie vollständig ausgebucht seien - online wurde zu dem Zeitpunkt aber noch drei Zimmerkategorien inklusive unserer verkauft. Als Entschädigung bot man uns stattdessen einen Soft-Drink an. Um überhaupt schlafen zu können, mussten wir das Fenster über Nacht geöffnet lassen - und das direkt am Bahnhof inklusive Zuglärm und Gleisansagen. Später mussten wir feststellen, dass auch die Aufhängung der Badezimmertür verbogen war, sodass diese nicht mehr geschlossen werden konnte.

非常非常推薦去的一家酒店 本人經常出差 所以再卡魯時常預訂酒店 服務態度非常好 有什麼要求攜程也會馬上和酒店溝通處理 力推！！！

Esperienza eccellente, servizi perfetti e grande disponibilità dello staff. Sono stato in questa struttura per missione di lavoro, tornerò sicuramente con la famiglia per una vacanza. Sono stato davvero bene e lo consiglieró volentieri a tutti i colleghi.

Save your $'s..this place is worse than you an imagine. No wash cloths...when you shower (no baths) they expect you to use your hands or TP? or a towel? GROSS. Next NO WAKE UP calls....claimed to be broken. I mean come on, this is a railway hub. People NEED to make trains. No help here. Water? HA!!! 4.50 EU/bottle. IBIS has a good reputation, but this location is the pits.OMG

Good location if travelling by train. We had a good sized room with a large bathroom. We did need to open the windows to get as much fresh air as we liked and, being next to the Hauptbahnhof, it can be noisy (but absolutely silent with the windows closed). As usual with the Ibis chain it was clean, efficient, and practical. Prices very considerably depending how busy they are. We paid an average of 1200euro per night for 1 room / 2 people, which I think was ok value, but on our last night they were asking 190 euros for guests who had not booked in advance, and in my view that was high for the quality of hotel (but then it's a matter of supply and demand) Our only criticism is that the chambermaids did not come into our room, even to empty the bins - which we raised with reception (presumably this would have been sorted out if we had been staying longer)

This place is located right next to the train, so it's in a perfect location! Walking to town isn't a bad walk and it's super close to the zoo. We stayed here while doing stuff in the Black Forest. There's working AC and the staff is nice. Room is more spacious than many of the others during our trip. Had a desk and some space to store your things.

I had the opportunity to spend nine days in this hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Most of them have a working knowledge of English, which was a great help for me. They do not have coffee/tea-making facilities in the room. For me, it is a severe drawback. Housekeeping is also not as efficient. They just made the bed and never cleaned the room. The location is very convenient. They are within walking distance from the central train station and have a tram stop just in front of the hotel.

The hotel is less than 500m away from the main train station. Just in front of the hotel, there's a tram stop. Very convenient to go around the area. The hotel room is clean and typical Ibis style, spacious enough. Would be nice if they also provide coffee cup in the room.

J’ai récemment séjourné dans une chambre PMR de cet hôtel et j’ai été agréablement surpris par son niveau d’accessibilité. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses, ce qui est idéal pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Les toilettes sont équipées de barres d’appui de chaque côté, facilitant les transferts et le maintien. La douche italienne dispose également de barres d’appui et d’un siège de douche adapté. Cependant, quelques améliorations pourraient être envisagées : le mitigeur de la douche est trop éloigné pour être utilisé en toute autonomie par une personne à mobilité réduite, et le sol de la salle de bain devient assez glissant lorsqu’il est mouillé, ce qui peut présenter un danger. De plus, bien qu’il existe une entrée spéciale pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant, les portes menant aux chambres et à la réception sont assez lourdes, ce qui peut rendre l’accès difficile. Il manque également des prises électriques près des lits, ce qui serait très pratique. En conclusion, je suis toujours agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’accessibilité des chambres PMR dans les pays voisins de la France. En particulier, en Allemagne, l’accessibilité semble être davantage prise en compte comparée à la France, où l’accessibilité des chambres d’hôtel est souvent insuffisante.

Von Außen wirk das Hotel tatsächlich wie ein Schloss. Die Einrichtung beim Empfang, der Bar dem Frühstücksraum ist auch Ok. Der Fahrstuhl entspricht dem Alter des Hotels und hat schon einen gewissen Charme. Nur das Einzelzimmer entspricht keinem 4* Hotel. Das macht aber das Personal wieder wett, sehr nett.

Esta semana santa hemos estado en el Ibis Karlsruhe Hauptbanhof El hotel se localiza a dos minutos de la estación principal de Karlsruhe. Además justo a la pueta (literalmente) del hotel tienes una parada de tranvía y S bahn por el que pasan varias líneas. La ubicación del hotel me parece bastante buena, si como era nuestro caso, tienes intenciones de moverte por la zona (Por ejemplo a Heildelberg tardas unos 45 minutos). El hotel parece que aprovecha unas antiguas oficinas de una compañía que trabajara en la estación, puede que del servicio postal, y por fuera esa es la sensación que da. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, por encima de los 20 m2 parece, teniendo el baño prefabricado típico de los Ibis. Aunque no tiene el diseño más moderno, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas y la limpieza de la habitación es buena. Las camas son amplias y bastante cómodas. El personal del hotel con el que tratamos bastante amable y eficiente. La chica de recepción con la que coincidimos a la entrada y salida del hotel, muy servicial. Como era pascua, nos recordó que los huevos de chocolate que había en la recepción y entrada eran para comerlos. No estaban mal los huevos de milka. El wifi bastante rápido y estable, con lo que no hay problemas para navegar En la entrada, hay una serie de escaleras, que para las personas con problemas de movilidad o para los que llevan maletas grandes pueden ser molestas. A la mayoría no nos incomodan mucho. Han intentando hacer un par de railes con rampa, pero no ayudan mucho. Por dentro de las instalaciones hay ascensor.
