Karlsruhe: i migliori hotel con palestra

We come back after spend 2 nights in this hotel where no heater our room number is 309 corner room without heating ….. we arrive in good health and come back with fiver small child and his mom get fiver because of mistake this hotel and when we ask them they say it’s because of economy but on lobby area very good heating so economy just to make us sick wow 👍👍👍😠😠 we let room for cleaning but on cleaning way they do what just arrange your blanket nothing else even no coffee no water refill towel dirty they let for us ……..!! With booking Agoda it’s mark parking included but hotel staff not agree with this they charge us 48 euros for 2 night park your car which is not kind and they don’t care of what is written on your voucher they just looking way of them So finely it was very bad experience with Achat plaza hotel in Karlsruhe, Germany Never want to go back there and recommend to others please make clear before if there heater and one more thing Zero room service we call for tea because my wife get sick they say go down in restaurant to search we don’t have room service and in the restaurant 6 clients eating around of them 4 waiters Super hard work …… Very very upset Zero Service Achat hotel

I absolutely hate to give negative marks to anyone, but I feel that it is my responsibility to warn business travellers in particular about what seems to be going on at this hotel and, I am afraid, might well be going on across across the Novotel chain. I also want to alert their senior management who appear to have been deaf to comments passed to them by staff on the ground. I have used this hotel for almost 20 years for my occasional stays in Karlsruhe. It is clearly the first choice for business travellers to Karlsruhe: perfectly centrally located, superb transport connections, with all modern conveniences, very good and varied breakfast buffet, very helpful and unusually friendly staff and up until now well appointed rooms, But upon check-in this time, actually on a private visit, the staff seemed reluctant to let me have a room on the 4th floor, the first one to be completed in their current renovation process. I nevertheless chose a room there, had one look at it, and decided that it was a travesty for what is supposed to be a hotel for business travellers: No desk, no chair other than two huge reclining rocking chairs, no sockets other than a few German 220V outlets dotted about the room, one at a time, no USB charger points. In other words: not a place where one can do any work. Is a business traveller desperate to put a last touch on that PowerPoint for next morning going to balance a laptop on her lap while rocking in an easy chair just out of reach of the socket for the chargers? And, just to discourage the leisure traveller as well, they ripped out the bath tub and replaced it with a shower tray the same full size of a bathtub, and replaced the cupboard for your clothes with open hanging space only. My wife, for one, would not put up with spending a leisurely weekend staring at her dresses and coats. We are not of student-dig age anymore! The real insult is that all of these ”amenities” (necessities if you ask me) were and are still present in the un-renovated rooms on the lower floors, I was on a private trip, but still wanted to do some stuff, so I asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. But it would have been in the not too distant future. Accor Hotel management: PLEASE STOP AND THINK AGAIN, or this might not be the last review of this nature.

Non posso dire abbastanza. Molto bella e un'esperienza perfetta. L'hotel è bello e le camere sono molto belle! Il personale è bello e il complimentare colazione fantastico. Raccomando a chiunque resti qui. Proprio attraverso la strada dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma non si può sentire i treni da tutto all'interno della vostra stanza.

Quando prenoto un hotel in Europa, cerco i seguenti: 1. Camera per 4, 2. Parcheggio per un furgone di pick-up, 3.Colazione gratuita, 4. Relativamente vicino alle attrazioni. Questo hotel copre 3.5 degli oggetti. E 'circa 2-3km dal centro città. Tuttavia, dopo che si può parcheggiare gratuitamente circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, la spazzatura era sorprendente, meglio a mio avviso di alcune delle principali marchi americane. Le camere erano pulite e il personale parlava inglese e era gentile. La posizione era facile da trovare e non doveva usare il parcheggio in loco, perché il parcheggio stradale era gratuito. -1 stella a causa delle camere che sembravano date e nessun aria condizionata. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ”appartamento” che era solo una camera più grande e il secondo ”letto” era un divano di tiro. Avremmo potuto stare in una camera più economica, ma le regole di occupazione europee e strano e siamo costretti a un ”appartamento” o ”appartamento” (che non era questo). In generale, ho scelto questo hotel per il parcheggio e il colazione. Se avessi saputo che c'è parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dal centro della città, saremmo stati più vicini.

Parken für 10.- Euro in der Tiefgarage oder gratis auf dem Parkdeck. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum die Auswahl so frisch, gross und lecker super Kaffee!

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

The hotel is in the city, yet at the same time relatively fast to drive up to from the highway on our way to north Italy. The hotel has its own garage for which you can reserve a spot (reserve, then go into the reception to ask which spot has been allocated to you), which makes it ideal when traveling. Note however that it is not big or spacious, so when parking with a big car, you need balls of steel. We stayed here on our way to and coming back. On our way to, we were surprised with an upgrade to the penthouse apartment, which is amazing! It's at the end of the corridor, with a small private terrace, and nice view over the city. It's decorated in an Asian style, with a lovely round couch to hang on, a big bathroom with a large rain shower, plenty of cupboard space, and coffee corner. The bed was huge and had a handy cushioned bench at its foot end, which we used to put our suitcase on . It was a shame we were only stayed one night and that it was pouring down, otherwise we would have sat outside and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Having said that, we enjoyed hanging in the room after dinner. We noticed that next to the penthouse, there is also a terrace and room for meetings (sign me up for those!), which companies I guess can rent. On the way back, we had a regular room on the first floor, which is still sizeable and as comfortable as we have gotten accustomed from the hotel. One of the other reasons we stay here on our way to Italy and back, is the breakfast. In fact, my husband talks about it while we're driving. Because it is so elaborate and welcoming, it just gives you the holiday feeling. You can make pots of tea with really nice tea, you can also order proper coffee (espresso machine) with oatmilk (Hafermilch), they have a wide range of warm breakfast food (scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, and my favourite: pancakes), as well as a wide array of cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, and a home-made chia diary glass. The only thing I'm missing is brezels (though they do have little buns made of the same type of dough. And a nice touch: on the mirror at the end of the breakfast room, they list the team for breakfast, which I feel is such a nice, personal touch. The hotel bar is quite a hot spot, we have noticed. Unfortunately we always have to drive the next day so never make it there, however, because of the hotel, we are considering a longer stay in Karlsruhe on one of our trips.

Una bella soggiorno per il benessere e il riposo. esperienza di sauna e paesaggio di bagno molto buono. Le peeling e le bevande rotondano tutta l'esperienza. La colazione e la cena sono molto deliziosi. La scelta per la colazione è molto diversa. La metropolitana non è un'inquinamento acustico. Il personale è stato preconcepito. L'hotel è molto consigliabile in generale. Se si vuole riposare e cercare un'esperienza di benessere rilassante, è perfetto qui. Qualitativamente buono e pulito.
