Hotel in zona Grossherzog Karl-Friedrich Denkmal, Karlsruhe

Ricezione, ricezione e ristorante sembrano buoni! Prezzo della stanza era anche buono. Ma la stanza era sporca. Capelli sul letto e igienico non ben puliti. Abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza offerta, ma che aveva lo stesso problema. La prossima stanza è anche, ma abbiamo accettato solo perché era tardi. La ragione per ancora tre stelle è per la signora che ci ha aiutati e anche trovato super annoiato. Una signora molto gentile e ospite! Solo l'hotel deve aver organizzato la base di un hotel!

Da l'ambiente un hotel di classe media, ma ci sono alcuni punti che rendono l'ambasciatore particolarmente: minibar gratis (4 bevande al giorno sono offerte e riempite), Il personale è molto amichevole (a parte una eccezione all'arrivo, ma forse aveva solo un brutto giorno che sarebbe stato concesso a tutti). Sono assolutamente entusiasta del buffet per la colazione. Abbiamo anche avuto una camera balcone, questa è disponibile senza alcun premio. Bella posizione tranquilla al cortile. Gli altri ospiti non abbiamo sentito, anche se l'hotel sembrava quasi essere stato prenotato (si presume che la quantità di compagni al colazione). La possibilità di parcheggio per 10€ nel garage è anche molto pratico e conveniente. Se ci fermiamo ancora a Karlsruhe, allora sicuramente torna qui.

Appartamento bello e grande, letto morbido e comodo, bel bagno, buona posizione, tutto è pulito. La colazione è ottima con più scelta. Il personale della reception e del ristorante è cordiale, soprattutto il personale del ristorante, la ragazza originaria della Croazia è molto gentile e disponibile.

Non posso dire abbastanza. Molto bella e un'esperienza perfetta. L'hotel è bello e le camere sono molto belle! Il personale è bello e il complimentare colazione fantastico. Raccomando a chiunque resti qui. Proprio attraverso la strada dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma non si può sentire i treni da tutto all'interno della vostra stanza.

Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.

A volte mi chiedo: perché mi succede questo? Prenoto un hotel Ibis Styles ma ricevo il comfort di una cinque stelle? Che c'è di male con queste categorie di prenotazione? Lasciatemi essere chiaro e preciso. Nonostante il fatto che il design non vincerà un premio (carpette, interiore nelle camere, colori), questo hotel mi convince in termini di letti accoglienti, pulizia, silenzio, isolamento sonoro e colazione. Come detto: design – bene – ci sono sempre due ragazzi colpevoli: uno che ha progettato e l'altro che l'ha comprato. Tuttavia, voglio dormire e avere un buon colazione e entrambi sono stati soddisfatti ad un alto standard. Le camere sono state confortevoli e confortevoli, la camera spaziosa, il bagno separato tra la toletta e la doccia (che non è una scelta sbagliata). Il colazione mattina: meraviglioso! Il personale da menzionare prima: amichevole, utile e molto attento per mantenere la zona di colazione e buffet pulito. Una macchina del caffè ben funzionante e in alto: un servizio di caffè auto-brezza è stato anche disponibile – fancy. La qualità e la quantità del buffet rispetto al suo prezzo: eccellente. Mangio peggio per più soldi in hotel più qualificati! E ' ridicolo! Questo hotel merita un'eccellente recensione e il mio marketing personale. Ben fatto! Si consiglia fortemente questo posto!
