Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa & Wellness Hotel

It's a great hotel close to Hotel Pupp which is where we stayed before (but it's a 2 night minimum on the weekend). They had someone welcome us and help with our luggage. They had Welcome fruit in our room. Hotel is very fancy with a beautiful chandelier. We walked uptown so within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good with American and Euro choices. They fly country flags out front and it was great to see our USA flag amongst them.

The Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa and Wellness Hotel is located at the very beginning of the original “Hot Springs District” of Karlovy Vary. It is a five-star superior resort hotel and was an outstanding stay for my wife and I. It must be listed as one of the best Medical Spa and Wellness Resorts in all of Karlovy Vary as during our six days stay, we stopped by many of the other Hot Springs Hotel’s, and none could match the size and number of therapies offered by the: Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa and Wellness Hotel. Our check-in was fast and professional, and we were given a Garden Room, which had access to a smoking area within the considerable size garden. On our first morning we had set up our doctor’s consultation session and we noted all the therapies she suggested for both my wife and I. So that same afternoon we started what became the most enjoyable part of our entire stay. Our therapies included the following: CO2 Bath Treatment; Oxygen Therapy; Classic Massage; Reflex Massages, etc. They also had a large Hot Spring Pool, with two types of Jacuzzi Tubs and a typical Steam Room. Each morning, we enjoyed a large Breakfast Buffet, which had a wide assortment of foods and drinks. The Carlsbad Plaza is a short two-minute walk to the famous Karlovy Vary Promenade. If you are looking for a fantastic Health Spa and Wellness Center you need not look any further and simply book your next stay at the Carlsbad Plaza, you will not be sorry, trust me…

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest, hospitable and welcoming team, always prompt to our requests, excellent location, the clinic and treatments are so good. assistance always accessible. we would love to come back to Carlsbad Plaza!.

Everything about the property and its services were exceptional, including its location. The staff were also all very cordial and helpful. Would like to mention most particularly Patricia, and also Eva and Martin for their professional services and attention.

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. My impression after I finished: »it's really doesn't worth it« The place is very cool, clean and amazing like a palace. The staff was very very helpful, polite and nice talking. I really thank you all. Treatment, or let's say procedures – activities. Etc. - the ones I got were very ordinary and neither I nor my body needed them. I regretted not getting the two-hour Thai massage session available in the designated Thai shops within the town, along with all the other services attached to it. it will be better, comfortable and satisfaction.

Beatiful inetriors, beautiful wellness and above all great hotel staff. We were both extremely satisfied. It must be added that everything else corresponded to at least the standard of a five-star hotel, so I must repeatedly express our maximal satisfaction. Thank you!
