We recently stayed at birdhouse villa over the weekend. The room & washroom were clean. The manager, hotel staff, and kitchen staff were all well-trained and helpful. The food in their kitchen, including masala tea, poha, pizza on saturday, and north indian meals, was excellent compared to other popular cafes and restaurants in bir. They assisted us with renting a scooter, booking paragliding, and arranging an early check-in. I highly recommend them.

The place was at a very beautiful yet accessible location. We needed an early check in and they were kind enough to comply with our needs. Due to our plan we never got to use the room service but the locals told me about the good food they had! so definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to palampur, the rooms are budget friendly and really hygienic.

Room is just ok but are very overpriced considering location and amenities provided. It’s in middle of market/residential area so don’t expect any scenic views from the room. Food is fine for the price charged. But i think you may get similar rooms in about half the price in surrounding vacinity.
