Enjoyed 3 nights in kampots monkey republic. When reading reviews, please check the date. There are a small portion of dated negative reviews and I can honestly confirm we have experienced a great stay. Monkey republic grounds are stunning, the garden is beautiful, calm and relaxing. The restaurant and bar is wonderful, and every single meal has had the plate licked clean. We stayed in a private room, which had both air conditioning AND a ceiling fan, tv, fridge, lockable safe and much more. The ceiling fan is great for drowning out the sometimes slightly louder wildlife (birds) if you are a light sleeper like me. The windows are secure, and have a built in net if you wish to have your window left open. The hostel is located right in the middle of town and is a short walk or moped drive to the beaches. There is even a big supermarket a stones throw away. Excursions and mopeds can be booked with the hotel and laundry is right across the road. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is a slight smell in the toilets… I will agree, but this is Cambodia, where, sometimes drainage and sewage is not 5 stars. It’s not a deal breaker, it’s just a simple adjustment you need to accept in the country. The beds are comfortable and ours was clean. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to serve you. The vibes here are calm, welcoming, safe, peaceful and friendly - with the ability to turn up the pace, pool and darts are available and a huge selection of alcohol and fruit juices/smoothies from the bar. I seen a couple of reviews dissing the atmosphere - but it is absolutely perfect for us because we didn’t want 24/7 loud, crazy, drunk. I would highly recommend this to all groups, and most importantly, we would both definitely stay again! My favourite thing here is all of the monkey pictures and the cooked breakfast!

La camera 110 è sul terzo piano e offre una vista magnifica sulla città e sul pagoda vicino dal balcone spazioso. La camera stessa è moderna e pulita con tutto quello che ti serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Le colazioni sono una vera gioia e una delle migliori che abbiamo avuto in un hotel durante i nostri viaggi. Ma la vera gemma dell'Hotel Five.S è il GM Mr. Kosal e la sua fantastica squadra davanti a casa e indietro.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and were very happy with our room, very light and airy, with a balcony, comfy bed, lovely shower area with toiletries. Room had tea and coffee, fridge with reasonably priced drinks, safe and hairdryer. Could do with some blacknout blinds though. Breakfast was a bit strange, 1st day small buffet laid out, 2nd day just bread and a toaster with butter and jam and marmalade, if you wanted anything else you had to ask. There is a sky bar, this said tongue in cheek, because there is no bar, this is blamed on Covid, yawn. You can take drink up there and sit, which was nice but come on, you're a Hotel, open the bar! All in all nice Hotel, but not sure if I would stay there again.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per diversi giorni in novembre. Mi sono impressionato con la stanza che era davvero grande e aveva due letti regina in esso. La camera da letto era anche grande. Tutto era molto nuovo. Mi è stato detto che l'hotel si apriva per la prima volta nel 2020, ma poi si chiudeva a causa di Covid. Riapriva intorno a metà del 2022. Ha un lobby piuttosto grande dove si serve un buffet per colazione al mattino.. Ha anche un bar caffè fuori in un angolo che è dove si vuole ottenere il caffè. Lo pagano, ma stiamo parlando $1.50 per la maggior parte delle bevande espresso. Il caffè offerto nel buffet è il tipo Nescafé. Smettila di prendere quel caffè. Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente. Sono molto disposti ad aiutarvi con il trasporto, le visite, ecc. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale e si trova molto vicino al durian. Puoi camminare molto ovunque devi andare in città. A notte, è accennato e facilmente osservato, poiché l'edificio ha sei storie. Non ci sono molti che alto in kampot. Internet è abbastanza buono che mi ha sorpreso. Solo negativo sul luogo è la stanza sicura. Non è sbloccato e può essere facilmente trasportato. Ma in generale, ho avuto una grande esperienza e sarei sicuramente rimasto lì se a Kampot

I stayed here on 2 occasions in Kampot and enjoyed the front room more for sure with a window. You got everything you need. Good wifi, bathroom kettle, coffee and water everyday. Nice and clean room too. I would recommend here to anyone wanting to be in the action spot.

Quando abbiamo deciso di andare a Kampot, era chiaro che questo era il posto dove stare, e non eravamo sbagliati. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al momento in cui ci siamo salutati, ci siamo guardati così bene. Le camere sono tutto quello che ti serve, ma una volta che si cammina fuori dalla stanza si trova in belle aree comuni con il proprietario e il personale sempre in mano per aiutare. Belle colazioni e solo cibo sublime in giorno/sera. Devi davvero mangiare lì, il cuoco è brillante. Tutto il personale era carino, ma i giovani locali che ci servivano dovevano essere elogiati per la loro amicizia, erano come un bene all'hotel.
