當地最好的酒店了,什麼都挺好,早餐有點簡單。客房舒適乾淨,服務人員彬彬有禮。餐廳的牛排不錯。有酒吧。

Fantastic Experience always! From reception to room service for meals. Wonderful spa and health club. Proximity to major business areas. Security is always top notch and nothing to worry about. The huge compound and the general ambience is not comparable.

Serena is the best Hotel with Exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are luxurious and the staff is incredibly attentive, great location in Kampala. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the spa services are top-notch.

Great hotel with good ambience . However , service needs improvement in terms of professionalism for the amount being charged . Follow up required for routine requests . F&B options continue to be limited and become stale for frequent visitor. Breakfast is quite limited in terms of spread and refill takes time with mulitple handovers leading to repeated instructions.

Something is very broken at this hotel- the staff at the reception, explorer and Lake restaurant as well as the ones at the poolside are very unprofessional- from the moment you walk into the hotel, the only people who seem keen on your business are the security guards that check your luggage/ bags as you get into the lounge. The staff at explorer have loud conversations amongst themselves and are not bothered that a client is waiting to be served or that their order is delayed…I guess they think that guests don’t understand Luganda hmmm The pool attendants and waiters look at you like you’re an inconvenience and you literally have to beg them to attend to you The only staff who standout for good service are Gloria in the explorer, Oscar and Rosemary at reception. I stayed on 5th floor and there were some teens booked in various rooms for the weekend and were very loud, room crashing and the hotel didn’t put them straight so if you are checking in for the weekend, prepare yourself for noisy neighbours, sulking staff and a general sense of that customer service is not important here.

Visited here to attend RENU AGM on 25 April 2024. I enjoyed the exquisite Conference with awesome High Tech Public Address System, amazing service, nice breakfast and a wonderful tasty 3 course meal. The staff were jolly, smart and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel for your conferences, dining & accommodation. Would love to be there again.

This was my second visit to Kampala Serena on my way to Queen Elizabeth Park and not much has changed. Friendly staff made it all, most of whom are known to me. Food was delicious and the grounds were well manicured. It was only a night but I wouldn't hesitate to pass by the hotel again in my upcoming visit to Ssese Island.

This is an elegant and gracious hotel. However, father time has caught up with it and it needs refresh. Having said that, the service is great the grounds are nice. The hair salon or barber shop is a rip off and a con job, so please avoid it at all costs.

My spouse and I stayed at the Kampala Serena for two nights when we were visiting Uganda, and overall, I thought that this was a modern hotel that seemed like an oasis of serenity in a bustling town. This hotel is essentially a large complex with a separate conference center and multiple buildings. The landscaping and lush gardens really give this a “serene” vibe. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, across-the-board. Check in was easy, and we were able to snag a high floor. Views aren’t a big thing here due to all the tree cover, but that is fine. The rooms were modern and well-appointed. I don’t really have any comments about the location because Kampala is not really a "walking destination" where you explore the area. We did opt for dining in the hotel a lot just due to work constraints and a certain degree of wanting to relax. The buffet always had local options, which was important since we were looking to try more than just Indian and American food. The spa is nice, but the spa chair table had a huge screw going through the head area, which was very random and unpleasant. The gym facilities were extensive, and had a sauna and steam room and plunge pool.
