Buon hotel situato nel centro della città. Struttura moderna e personale gentile ad eccezione di un’addetto alla reception che dava l’impressione di essere infastidito quando gli venivano poste delle semplici domande

Non mi sento al sicuro in questo hotel. Qualcuno ha frugato nel mio bagaglio e ha rubato dei soldi. L'hotel non ha fatto nulla. Non mi sentivo al sicuro. pessima esperienza

La navetta dell'hotel da e per il lungomare non è affidabile. Per due volte abbiamo prenotato il ritorno dal lungomare all'hotel, la navetta non è arrivata e la reception non aveva traccia della nostra prenotazione. Siamo stati anche informati che l'area circostante l'hotel non è sicura per passeggiare.

Great stay for my brother's wedding night. He mentioned the hotels hospitality was great and the place was clean.

Great location in the city center, and great facilities. Parking was free which is great!

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst staycation experiences of my life. The hotel qualifies itself as 5 stars but in reality it is at most 3. You can encounter a very long star check-in, this was the case for all our colleagues. Location - honestly, it is in an unsafe place, you can't go out of the hotel in the evening, you can't even walk a couple of metres. Breakfasts - very average, very Also the hotel has big problems with communication - couldn't get through to the hotel (it would hang up), emails were not answered. Take these factors into account if you decide to book.

孩子去開普敦開會的，會務中心指定的幾個酒店，孩子選擇了鉑爾曼，他説是國際連鎖的，又靠近開會的地方，就他了，訂了兩個房間，都説挺好的

Das Pullman liegt sehr zentral und ist nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gut und einfach ausgestattet. Alles wirkt sehr gut organisiert und das Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist leider nicht sicher, sodass man direkt von der Hoteltür in ein Taxi steigen sollte.
