Overall a quality service. However, the cocktail (Long Island) at NINETY 9 roof top bar didn’t meet my expectation.

酒店設施硬件很贊！早餐也很豐富！ 缺點：房間的陽台是開放的，晚上睡覺感覺不安全！最重要的是晚上樓下酒吧&活動太吵，就像睡在音響上。下次不會再住！ The music is extremely loud in the evening till the midnight. Cannot sleep. I will never stay in this hotel.

酒店服務很差，住兩天，都沒有配拖鞋，打電話給客房催了好幾次。

非常的吵，幾乎每天晚上都有party，無法休息！窗户連接公共走廊，不安全。

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days with three friends in separate rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good. The staff was smiling and focused on doing their job well. The facilities for meetings or business meetings were very convenient. I want to stay again when I go to Kampala.

Over the last 15 years I have traveled literally over the world with my nursing non-profit, but I have never experienced such WONDERFUL SERVICE on any other trip. This was my first trip to Africa to host classes and visit hospitals and nursing schools in Kampala. Our team was welcomed SO graciously and cared for so meticulously and with such kindness. The rooms were spotless, the attention to detail for the classes we hosted there for 3 days was impeccable. The meals were delicious. But the people there were just so nice. I honestly can't say enough about this hotel. It is with a heart full of gratitude that I highly recommend this hotel.

Food is very bad, service and hospitality is below average. Also it’s far from everything, stuff is not friendly. Room service is extremely slow and can take hour to bring simple meal. hotel can be ranked as one stare and shouldn’t carry Marriott name on it at all.
