Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa guest house! Il proprietario e la proprietaria sono stati incredibilmente gentili e cordiali, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci hanno persino fatto un regalo premuroso al momento del check-out, un gesto davvero adorabile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio di trasporto gratuito dalla stazione ferroviaria: ha reso il nostro arrivo e la nostra partenza davvero comodi. Lo scaldabagno a pavimento e l'ossigenoterapia si sono rivelati una vera salvezza con il freddo e l'alta quota; siamo stati davvero grati per quel comfort extra. Uno degli aspetti più toccanti del nostro soggiorno è stata la cura che hanno dimostrato alla mia amica dopo che si era infortunata al ginocchio. La loro sincera premura e il loro aiuto hanno significato molto per noi. Altamente consigliato a chiunque visiti la zona, non solo per i servizi, ma anche per il calore e la cura dei proprietari.

Adoro lo stile delle loro camere, in stile Muji. Grazie per la splendida ospitalità e l'eccellente soggiorno, anche se solo per una notte. Fantastico e grazie per il servizio.

Highly recommended! Everything matches the pictures. The room smells pleasant and is always clean. Their services are excellent. Free pickup from the train station and within walking distance to the Golden Bell. Very good service and hotel new and good

Excellent services provided by bosses and staff. Always there to welcome guests back at the door step. Breakfast is excellent and snacks are provided for every day of our stay. Assisted us with our laundry as well and the lady boss also offered to drive us to the day tour pick-up point nearby. Very detailed in explaining the facilities in the room. Thank you so much for your parting gift too. Strongly recommended accommodation.

The room is big and as seen in the picture. The hotel staff took very good care of us. Every level of service was very impressive. They helped us pick up and drop off at the airport and train station very well. Highly recommended. Anyone looking for a quiet, clean, modern place to stay near tourist attractions must stay at this hotel.

Everything is as described on Trip.com. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We came with our elderly parents and they were so thoughtful. We got lost in the old town and they helped picking our mum up on a scooter since her legs are not so good for walking long distances. Definitely would recommend this place. Location is not too bad if you like walking. There were some constructions happening nearby during our stay.

This place is beyond our expectation. Our room has balcony facing nice view of the old town symbol. First impression, they offer free pick up from bus station when we got back from Feilaisi. Before that we chatted via Wechat and the staff was so attentive to reply and give info to us. On the day we arrive the hotel, they welcome us with fruit, tea, and Yunnan noodle, which we think it's the best noodle for us in this trip. When we get into the room, the staff is so kind to recommend how to use many things inside the room. Even she cannot speak English very well but she can use the translator on her cell phone efficiently. We have no problem about communication with her. second impression, one evening we got back to hotel and didn't have dinner yet so we asked staff if they can prepare Yunnan noodle for us or not and we gonna pay because we received the welcome noodle since afternoon. They served us with the noodle and didn't charge us at all. Third impression, we checked out in the next morning to catch the flight. The hotel prepared the airport drop off for us and four staffs stood in line at the car to thank and wish us luck. This is so touching. Super hospitality we received from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Shangri-La.

This is easily the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. It is homey and clean, facilities are new and advanced, and service is top-notched. The shower was luxurious with temperature setting and high water pressure. Afternoon tea (waffles with seasonal fruits and fresh orange juice) was served everyday during our stay, even if we got back late. The staff were attentive, and welcomed us at the door every time we got back to the hotel. It was such a comfortable stay that we were quite reluctant to leave on our last day. Definitely a hotel we will highly recommend!

房間可以説是一塵不染！！！不論是住過的民宿還是酒店，這家都是我住過最乾淨的房間，沒有之一，完全沒有衞生死角，水龍頭、淋浴頭連水漬都看不到，太乾淨了！ 服務特別周到特別細心，出門會提醒帶雨傘，有車接送站，入住期間全程幫我們提行李，換了幾次房間也都是老闆和管家幫忙搬東西，下午茶也是一次不落送到房間，可以説是有求必應，每次進出門老闆跟管家都會到門口迎接，太暖心了 早餐很美味營養很均衡，房間有製氧機不用擔心缺氧，一入住就有紅景天，管家介紹房間設施，還會叮囑預防高反的注意事項，超級貼心～ 這個美麗的地方一定還會再來，下次來一定還會住這裏～

房間挺大的，一人一張床，非常公平，還有一次性浴巾，毛巾什麼的，很乾凈。還有加濕器和供氧，剛到香格里拉差點沒嘎了，確實海拔高，還好房間有氧氣。早飯也很好吃，米線煮的比外麪店裏的還好吃，可能外面買的實在太鹹了。老闆太客氣了，除了接送機，中間出去車站什麼的，老闆有空也會送，感謝！下次來玩肯定還定你們家

不得不說這是我住過最好的民宿之一，老闆娘一家人超級親切，服務一流，民宿內装修質感高檔，比五星酒店更高級，細節滿滿！下午茶早餐精緻，讓人覺得當成貴賓招待，別家酒店五星常用送東西誘引，但相逢不晚這家從入位住第一天就想評價了！如果有十星我也豪不猶豫按下，我們一家三人再次感謝老闆一家熱情招待！
