It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the US so far. Good for the price and the staff are super nice and helpful. I liked the free drink vouchers and the bar food too. I’d definitely stay here again if I travel to Chicago again.

Enrique was terrific! He was the first person we saw and was very friendly, professional and helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet with high ceilings which made the rooms feel more spacious. . The lounge area is huge with a variety of comfortable seating. If you get complimentary drink vouchers, use them early though as the small bar closes at 830! Would definitely stay here again and hope Enrique is there to welcome us! He really helped make our stay more enjoyable!

Excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff went beyond for us. Unfortunately, my wife fell in the street about a block away from the hotel. One of the staff saw her fall. Came to help immediately, got us transportation to the hospital, let us keep our room well into the afternoon until my wife was taken care of Could not have been more wonderful. And other than that, the stay was excellent the the hotel was all we could ask for. Charming. Highly recommend it.

老酒店，但是地點不錯，方便便捷。待客停車費用比較貴，要70美金，但一天內隨時進出都可以，芝加哥市區停車費很貴

房間寬敞，雖然比較老，靠近外行地鐵！但是感覺温馨，而且出行非常方便，藍線直達機場！

在芝加哥市中心，交通非常方便。前兩條街就是市政大樓。周圍都是高樓大廈，亞當街東頭就是藝術博物館，千禧公園等景點都在附近。吃東西很方便。坐藍線直達機場。酒店設施比較簡陋又舊裝修。有免費WiFi。

自駕遊後又返回這裏，還是入住這家酒店。這個房型的房間比較小，沒有上次入住的大，價格還比上次的貴。

Room was clean and quiet but we were on the back side - the front faces the L and it seems like those rooms could be louder. Easy to get around either by foot or L from this location to most major tourist spots. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good drinks in the bar.

The rooms were very spacious. The showers were generous. The beds heavenly (even if you have a bad back). Excellent staff. It was a wonderful stay in a swanky historic hotel that has personality. You can’t beat its proximity to all the major Chicago attractions that you could walk to or catch public transportation to practically right outside the door. We definitely recommend staying here!

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to Art Institute, Millennium Park and excellent restaurants.

Our second stay here was as great as the first! I appreciate consistently amazing service and friendliness, the room comfort and size, and the central location in the Loop. All around, another excellent experience!

Great room located one block away from Millennium Park. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, especially Patty and Enrique!! The in room air purifier and filtered shower was great!
