Comfy stay, the onsen was nice! There’s bakery within the hotel, the salted croissant must try!

Buffet breakfast & dinner was the best. For rooms , hotel should have more hooks for hanging towels

Very good location near ropeway to kurodake. Dinner was amazing. The nature around the hotel was very beautiful with stream and fall.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was busy at the time we were here. The room is clean and well equipped. The buffet, breakfast and dinner, was delicious with a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a free parking in front of the hotel. From the hotel it’s a short walk to the Kurodake Ropeway. It was nice to stay here in the hotel.

Two buffets included which offer variety and generous range of food 和牛，sea food , shabu shabu. But the room toilet is small and hardly move inaide. Room looks old. Several Onsens for you to enjoy. Short walk down the hill to the train station. We also saw some deers on the way.

Nice hotel with comfy lobby to chill. Staff are nice. Restaurant have lots of choice. Three Onsen can enjoy

The food Onsen was very nice

It's an old hotel, the resort is big with 3 onsens. The room is spacious. Our room booking includes breakfast and dinner. The buffer dinner spread is great.

Overall the stay was enjoyable, comfortable and lovely The hotel provides shuttle service to Sounkyo Hot Spring Ice Fall Festival and Asahikawa station, which is helpful The food (buffet) was alright, with different varieties of choices The only thing is that the staff are not very responsive to requests made via email

This is nice and we fall in love Onsen and we use every day and night and my husband like Onsen very much We will book again

Not worth the price charged, it’s very old aged room, no maintenance , there’s a hole on seat and the staff sewed it to cover up, as a high class hotel , this should not happen. If the chair cushion spoilt, you should change it instead of sewed it up . The toilet can tell old, turn yellowish . If you need to maintain onsen hotel standard with the price charged, either upgrade the room to better new room or refurbish your old room. Conclusion, it doesn’t worth the cost
