Era lontano dalla stazione e non me ne sono accorto fino a dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione. È consigliato se stai pensando di guidare Camera ordinata ma squallida Sono molte le situazioni in cui la carta da parati viene applicata con strisce adesive Servizio cortese allo sportello e servizio eccellente A causa del check-in posticipato mi hanno prolungato di un'ora il check-out.

Accanto alla strada, facile da viaggiare. C'è un ristorante di riso al curry nelle vicinanze che è davvero delizioso.

La sala fumatori aveva un odore molto forte, c'era molta sporcizia sulle pareti e sul soffitto e non sembrava affatto pulita. Anche se è una sala fumatori, penso che dovrebbero pulirla un po' più a fondo!!

The room was big but it was one of the oldest shabbiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The ventilation holes had so much dust, it was disgusting. They still use actual keys instead of cards, I haven’t seen this in a while. In order to get the power in the room, you need to insert your key in the wall and switch. It was quite fun to engage in this ancient technology. I’m giving them 4 stars for location just because they have free parking. I have no idea if the location is good or bad, we were there for one night and we had a car.

I booked two rooms at HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Kofu via Trip.com and received a message from the hotel only 8 minutes after confirmation, informing me that the onsen (public bath) is completely closed due to renovations and that loud construction noise would occur from 8:30 to 17:00 daily. This construction had already started days earlier (April 14), yet no warning was shown on the booking platform. At that point, we had already arrived in Yamanashi, and it was too late to find another hotel. The staff offered no compensation or support, only saying that cancellation was possible—which was not realistic under the circumstances. This kind of delayed disclosure and lack of transparency is unacceptable. The onsen was a key reason for choosing this hotel. If I had known the truth in advance, I would not have booked it. Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I hope this review helps other travelers avoid the same experience.

Everything fine. A little bit disappoint when they temporary closing hot spring.

In total stay was in a good location but some rules by some guests were missing which was disturbing. Also the partition walls wasn’t sound proof so voices were coming from other rooms and hall. Staffs were kind.

可吸煙房間，可惜房間太舊，真的很有歷史年代感，酒店溫泉設施種類多，溫泉有三款，有古老的檜木浴池，超聲波池，也有泊車位

這家Live Max是我住過設備最老的一家了，位置離甲府站是有點遠的！步行走到JR要好久的，不過距離山梨縣美術館不遠，並且可以看到不遠處的富士山🗻。 頂樓有温泉 但是這個温泉也對外開放 就是不住酒店單獨買票也能使用温泉 這意味着這個酒店來來往往進進出出很多 其他酒店之外的人 所以泡温泉就不要帶任何貴重物品 個人物品就全部放在房間內 否則導致個人物品丟失肯定自己負責，酒店不負任何責任。

残念な感じです。 今回は、１泊5,000円代で宿泊出来ましたので許容範囲。 然し乍ら、以後、サイトを確認した際は10,000円オーバーでした。 ベッドの上、浴槽、トイレの床などに髪の毛が幾つも落ちていたりして、清潔とは言い難いです。 施設自体が古そうなので、致し方ないところはあろうかと思いますが、清掃はキチンとやって欲しいと思います。

家族のお見舞いに行ったとき　宿に行ってきたー^_^静かにしております^_^ホテル対面のカツハナ亭のトンカツはよかったです^_^ ありがとう

喫煙ダブル素泊まりで利用。 部屋自体は広くて良いが、室内が暗すぎる。 天井に照明がありません。 デスクとベットの横に置き照明があるのみ。 デスクワークや本などは暗くて無理です。 布団はペラペラでカプセルホテルの布団みたいでした。 クローゼットに毛布は入ってました。 大浴場は満点と言いたいですが、たまたま男性のカップルらしき人達がいて不快でした。 ちなみに部屋のシャワーはお湯がまともに出ませんでした。 朝風呂とか考えて欲しいところです。 5000円以下とかなら再訪してもいいかなぁーと思いました。
