Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

Look no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later. Arigato gozaimasu

The hotel is an amazing hotel. The meals and the facilities are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay there very much. I would have no hesitation to recommend it to other guests.

Hotel provide very good service not only in room but also car parking. Room is very big.

非常棒的温泉酒店，服務無可挑剔，季節限定的懷石料理晚餐清淡有特色，早餐除了日式套餐還有西式自助餐區，很靈活。温泉區很大。我和發小帶兩位70多歲的老母親同行，長者家讚不絕口，很好的體驗，希望有機會再來。

房間空間夠，我們2大1小的組合，2張床加一張tatami剛好，房間有風呂和Sauna, 房間用的吹風機還是refa牌，比大浴場用的更好，溫泉也不錯，服務主動，因為房間位於別邸跟lobby位置距離較遠，前櫃有主動查詢是否需要幫助拿行李到飯店大門。唯一缺點就是晚餐餐點一般。

山代溫泉，溫泉水果然是不一般，泡完整個身體超級滑～除了房間的溫泉設施外，酒店還有兩個大浴場，分別有露天溫泉，很舒服～可能因為是日本新年前，人不是很多，員工說過幾天日本開始放連假，就天天爆滿了。 酒店自成一角，環境真的有園林風，下雨後空氣很清新，讓人放鬆～唯一美中不足的是食物的味道比較一般，沒有驚艷，不過連住兩天有很體貼地提供完全不同的早晚餐～

性價比高的溫泉旅館，大浴場非常舒適，餐點非常豐富，三人房房間非常大，如旅程會經過佐賀溫泉，值得一去。

加賀太冷門了，以至於中文網站訊息很不全，是懷着忐忑下單的，當時這是為數不多有房的，且有一人價格的，攜程的頁面上酒店房間圖片和訊息其實很混亂，酒店官網國內也打不開，結果到了加賀，在温泉小鎮和咖啡館老闆聊天，老闆説這家絕對訂對了，你將擁有完美的一天，確實！ 首先，房間起碼100平，比很多人均幾千的旅館都寬敞，而這裏衹需人均1000+ 其次，酒店從山代温泉總湯步行也就10分鐘，可以提前預約接站（免費，攜程衹寫送站有誤），如果自己走過去，到葉渡莉那裡拐彎，爬個小坡，一路上都有指示牌 再次，酒店服務態度真的很好，工作人員會在差不多時間等候對應的客人，再一路陪伴送至房間，酒店的地圖稍微複雜，講解很清晰，會給你標出餐廳，早晚餐預約時間，送站時間等等，懷石的女將也會很努力用英語給你介紹每一道菜的食材，即使本國遊客為主，沒有感受到有些地方那種，對老外的歧視或者冷漠 最後，酒店在森林裏，實在是太棒了環境，有一條長廊可以散步，温泉兩個，都可以森林日光浴，免費休息區在四季長廊口，咖啡飲料自取，還可以坐弔籃裏發呆看森林瀑布（夏季可能昆蟲比較多需謹慎）

太滿意了，房間很大，攜程上註明的是卧室面積，整套面積起碼100平米，員工熱情，接送準時，冰天雪地中泡温泉，美，餐食美味

독채에 묵었는데 시설이 너무 좋았습니다. 식사는 아쉬움이 남았습니다.

値段の割に豪華だった

L'ho utilizzato come benefit aziendale. Appena entri, l'ingresso è instagrammabile e c'è un'amaca nel giardino, dove puoi vedere il bellissimo edificio e il verde dalla hall, rendendolo il luogo perfetto per le foto commemorative. La camera spaziosa che mi è stata mostrata mi ha fatto sentire meglio. Siamo riusciti a prenotare la piscina termale per un'ora per gruppo. Mi calmavo il bambù mentre il frinire delle cicale dal ventre nero... era molto rilassante. Fin qui tutto bene. La cena è probabilmente il pasto più semplice poiché viene servito in un sanatorio, ma lo è davvero? Era al livello di Gli antipasti freddi pre-preparati, le polpette di maiale, lo stufato di manzo e il sashimi erano gli unici deliziosi anche se ero a Kaga. La parte più difficile è stata trovare G subito dopo aver fatto il bagno. Penso che non si possa fare nulla dato che è nella foresta. Tuttavia, l'ho riscoperto la mattina dopo, nel primo bagno all'aperto. Ho chiamato in fretta la reception, ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono. Quando finalmente ho risposto dopo circa 30 chiamate, mi è stato detto che non c'era nessun membro dello staff femminile, quindi ho chiesto scusa. Mentre facevo il bagno senza guardare, un'altra G mi ha attraversato i piedi e non potevo più farlo. Un altro cliente ha detto: "Ieri sera sono uscito e li ho contattati, ma per lo stesso motivo nessuno li ha rimossi". C'erano cicale e granchi che galleggiavano nella vasca all'aperto e sembrava che la vasca non fosse stata affatto pulita. Capisco che ci sono molti insetti dato che è nella foresta, ma non si dovrebbe fare una manutenzione regolare? Una volta che mi sono sentito a disagio, ho iniziato a mettere in dubbio la pulizia di tutto e da allora non sono più riuscito a godermelo. Chissà se ci sarà una ripetizione...
