Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti con i nostri 2 bambini nel febbraio. (5 e 1-year vecchi) Il tempo era ideale per i giochi all'aperto. Il Theme Park è così bello e grande che sembra Disneyland. Soprattutto la costa del roccia è fantastica. Anche i bambini hanno avuto grande divertimento. Il Dolphin show è consigliato. Le camere dell'hotel sono molto belle e attraenti per i bambini. Dopo aver lasciato il parco tematico, si dovrebbero offrire più attività di gioco per i bambini nelle aree interne dell'hotel e l'area per questo è un po' piccola. Vorremmo poter lasciare almeno uno dei nostri figli nel club dei bambini sotto supervisione per 1-2 ore. Tuttavia, non c'è una zona di questo genere. Il pranzo e il pranzo sono ideali. Il pranzo è meglio. Tuttavia, in un sistema hotel a tutti i livelli, il succo arancione spruzzato non dovrebbe essere prelevato in più. Sono grato al ragazzo Bell Selim per il suo aiuto. It was a wonderful stay at the innvista hotel. Though the weather was chilly and half the things (aqua) were closed due to the weather it was still really really good. Lavish buffet with alot of food varieties drinks available at all times. Food catered to different cuisines then an added hour for snacks and soup. Desserts and patisserie was available too. For the night outdoor sitting heaters were available too. The cleaning can take it up a notch though. The house keeping service was not upto the mark. Wonderfully decorated and very kid friendly. Had a few activities for kids too. Rooms were spacious with a balcony to enjoy the view. Very friendly and accomodating staff. From the reception till the security each and every staff member was very polite. Indoor pool was open and kids enjoyed it alot. The hotel is very close to land of legends park. It is hardly a 10 minute walk there.

Kesinlikle çocuk dostu bir otel. 09.04.2024te başlayan tatilimizde Ana restaurantta Sous chef Özkan GEDİK'e o kadar yoğun çalışma programında ilgisi, önerileri, ve güler yüzü için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten. Umarım hayat bu güler yüzünden hiç bir şey eksiltmez. Kısmet olurda kış tatiline Kaya Uludağ'a gidersek görmek isteyeceğimiz bir şef. Bunum yanında eksiklerinden bahsetmezsek olmaz, havanın değişkenliğinden dolayı kapalı havuzu hergün kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve kapalı havuzda bugün bir problem yaşadık. Çözmek için birkaç telefon etmek durumunda kaldık ve saolsunlar müşteri ilişkilerinden derya hanım hemen bi personel yönlendirerek problemin çözülmesine yardımcı oldu. Bu durumu otelin genel müdür yardımcısı Mustafa KIRCA ile görüşerek 6 yıldan bu yana değişmesi gerekenler, bugün yaşanan problemler, ve değişmeyen ve tercih sebeplerimizden olan konuları konuştuk. Saolsun fikirlerimizi ve şikayetlerimizi dikkate alarak çok güzel bir konuşma ortamı oldu. Ve yaşadığımız problemleri telafi etmek adına çok güzel bir jest hazırlayarak odamıza gönderdiklerinden ayrıca memnun olduk. İnce düşüncelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ve yine, iyiki gelmişiz dedik. 6 yıl öncesi tatilimizin anneler gününe denk gelmesi, bu tatilimizinde ramazan bayramına gelmesinden ötürü düzenlenen küçük ama gerçekten insanların yüzünü güldüren naif süprizleri için otelin genel müdürü Hakan KAYA'ya da teşekkür ederiz. Ama Alacarte restaurantı kullanamamak kötü oldu pazara kadar dolu olduğu söylendi, ama ana restauranttaki lezzetlerle bunu unutturdular. Personellerin bu yoğun tempoda çalışmalarına rağmen güleryüzlerini hiç eksiltmemeleri de çok iyiydi bu durumu sağlamak gerçekten çok önemli ve zor. Kaya Belek bunu başarıyor. Yarın otelden tatilimiz bittiği için ayrılmak zorunda da olsak, Yine olsa yine geliriz.

This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is OK & I have no complaints about the cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel. Where it falls apart in a big way is the hospitality aspect of the hotel. The waiters seem untrained, uninterested & at times very very rude. Asking for tips is not the way to treat customers. The food options are average, edible but average. At breakfast you have to keep asking for coffee / tea etc. Don't sit outside you'll have a 30 metre walk to the food stations. The Pool bar is especially very badly run, the staff seem intent on ignoring you, are never proactive, avoid eye contact & never ask what you want & you have to constantly wave or call out for for their attention, which becomes a bit tedious. The pool bar is under staffed, when you have 300 plus people you need to employ more than 2 staff - take note management. Tables were left with spilled drinks, empty glasses and it took the shine off our holiday. Having stayed at other hotels in Belek for years on other golfing trips our whole group of 8 said they would NEVER stay there again.

We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida soggiorno nella villa per 2/3 persone, molto tranquillo e confortevole. Molto sicuro anche. Le villa sono davvero straordinarie come sulle foto. Il sogno! Ben mantenuto e tutto attrezzato. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza incredibile, molto servibile, arrangente e disponibile per aiutarvi in qualsiasi cosa. L’ubicazione è top, a 1km dal centro commerciale e parco d’attrazione Land of Legends. Ci sono anche alcuni negozi a 400m per fare le vostre corse. Andateci a guardare chiuso, con garanzia in un luogo di lusso. Ci sono solo il viso che potrebbe essere migliorato.
