La casa è simpatica e piacevole per il personale e il capo. Le donne sono anche simpatiche. Camera pulita e abbastanza per due persone. I letti sono confortevoli e abbastanza grandi, Come si tratta di un vecchio stadio hotel credo, il difetto è che ci è un posto per una terza persona sopra il letto principale. Ciò può essere inquietante per le persone grandi. Un cucchiaio più spesso sarebbe apprezzato. Ma l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Per evitare troppo rumore stradale, perché siamo a Apt, vicino al centro consiglio il lato cortile. Ecco la tranquillità è certa. L'appartamento è situato a circa 300 m dal centro della città. Ci siamo trasferiti più di una settimana e ne abbiamo un buon ricordo. L'appartamento è situato vicino a negozi, tra cui un centro Leclerc. L'ufficio turistico è proprio accanto all'hotel. Io consiglio questo alloggio. Il più ha un garage e parcheggio in numerosi.

Hotel just outside Joucas is in a beautiful, quiet location and commanding amazing views across the Luberon valley. Perfect location to visit Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes and other stunning hilltop villages in this region. Staff were extremely friendly on check-in and in general throughout our 7 night stay. Our room was Superior Room but certainly not close to 5 star standard. Firstly many dings on the walls and scrapes from luggage. Easily fixed with a coat of paint but not done on our arrival. Also mould on bathroom tiling and grout where fixture had been removed. Pump soap and amenity dispensers found in the bathroom, rather than individual toiletries, always look cheap and appear to be counting pennies and trying to economize which I don’t expect in a true 5 star hotel. One 330ml of water per day during service also suggests same and another guest was seen complaining about this and comparing to other 5 star hotels. There appeared to be many helpful and friendly staff during our stay but service just did not seem great and somewhat unrefined, especially at breakfast, which seemed chaotic. On our last day, a Friday and likely busiest day, one poor guy was trying to service the whole of the breakfast terrace on his own. No pool service really either, so again, seemingly plenty of staff just not attending to 5 star expectations. Beautiful area, views and buildings at the hotel but just needs some refining, attention to detail and taking care of some key expectations to become truly 5 star.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti e abbiamo ricevuto Cambre del Maestro al primo piano. Questo Mas fa parte di Les Collectionneurs e entrare qui sembra essere a casa o a casa del tuo buon amico. Tutto è autentico e ben posizionato, in un luogo tranquillo, proprio intorno alla strada c'è una fauna dove ci sono due cavalli bianchi (come una storia...).Abbiamo anche un elegante bagno con tutte le attrezzature, molto pulito. Il solo minus era che non c'era un piccolo frigo nella stanza - il tempo era così caldo - ma Mara ci ha aiutato a tenere una birra e acqua in frigo. con una vista sorprendente di Falaise de la Madeleine, letti da piscina, ombrelle. La colazione è così “francese”: diverso tipo di pane, croissant, diverso tipo di confite, burro, frutta, torte, yogurt e - il più importante - un buon caffè. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di fare tè, caffè tutto il giorno, abbiamo trovato limonata a piscina, acqua, ecc. Tutto è stato eccellente , i proprietari Mara e Jerome sono molto gentili e utili. Abbiamo fatto nuovi amici: Jango e Shippy - il cane e il gatto - i veri proprietari di Mas aux Cedre. Recommando di rimanere qui e di certo torneremo.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vivere innumerevoli esperienze in hotel di lusso in giro per il mondo e il nostro podio - per ciò che riguarda la categoria di hotel cittadini - era tutto francese, per la precisione parigino: Ritz, Le Bristol e Plaza Athenee sono stati saldi al comando fino a La Bastide che, per quanto mi riguarda a anche se non tutto è andato alla perfezione, ha superato i precedenti. Il servizio inizia prima del soggiorno con contatti via mail dai riscontri veloci e efficaci e desideri che vengono appuntati e realizzati. L'ambientazione è da ”Trono di spade”: maestosa proprietà in pietra affacciata sulla valle del Luberon e sviluppata dall'alto verso il basso, sembra di essere nella serie televisiva. Senza nessuna attesa la macchina viene presa in custodia e parcheggiata, il giorno della partenza viene riconsegnata pulita e accessoriata con bottigliette d'acqua e salviettine profumate per il viaggio, l'attenzione ai dettagli è massima. Abbiamo ricevuto l'upgrade ad una camera deluxe con vista valle, luminosa e meravigliosa negli arredi e nell'a**osfera, me la sarei aspettata un pò più spaziosa essendo la stanza di categoria più alta prima delle suite, le dimensioni erano comunque più che adeguate. Il tocco speciale è ovunque: omaggi ogni sera, dalla borsa di paglia al cappello, alla tazza firmata Airelles, al kit spa da viaggio della Sysley, sino alla tortina di compleanno al cioccolato, mio gusto preferito, uno dei dolci più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato. I servizi extra offerti dall'hotel contribuiscono alla perfezione del soggiorno: minibar incluso e ben fornito per potersi rifocillare senza intermediazioni, lavanderia che permette di far pulire fino a 10 capi al giorno senza supplementi, uso in esclusiva della Spa dotata di sauna, docce emozionali e piscina interna per 45/90 minuti a camera, soft drinks e gelati inclusi serviti nella zona piscina. Le dotazioni della stanza sono ottime: macchinetta del caffè/the, morbida biancheria, prodotti ottimi, tv integrata nello specchio, tutto di estrema eleganza. La piscina esterna è riscaldata al punto giusto, incastonata nella magnifica cornice della valle di Luberon e circondata da comodosi lettini ben distanziati ognuno con il proprio ombrellone, il relax è assicurato. La Spa assicura momenti di vero piacere: i massaggi e trattamenti sono eseguiti con maestria, la piscina interna, le docce emozionali e la sauna ad uso esclusivo esaltano il tutto e bere la tisana finale nella terrazza con vista valle non ha prezzo. Peccato per il bagno turco non ancora utilizzabile e per la mancanza di una vasca idromassaggio. La colazione è un'esperienza magica, sulla terrazza davanti a cotanto panorama con un buffet allestito all'interno e la possibilità di ordinare i piatti caldi e freddi preferiti: abbiamo provato le uova alla benedettina, i pancakes, l'avocado toast, tutto squisito. Va poi definitivamente sancita la superiorità francese nei dolci che erano tutti spaziali, non indicato a chi ha
