Davvero un'ottima struttura gestita molto bene da personale molto giovane. Albergo molto bello vicino al minuscolo e bellissimo borgo di Joucas. Comoda location per raggiungere i vari posti del luogo (come Roussillon e Gordes), il personale parla perfettamente inglese (non è così scontato in zona) ed è sempre molto disponibile. Ottimo anche il ristorante, abbiamo cenato la prima sera e oltre a mangiare davvero bene è stato molto bello cenare nel loro giardino. Altra nota di merito, la piscina di dimensioni giuste e molto pulita, davvero il TOP tornare dalle gite del giorno e poter fermarsi in piscina a fare un bagno vicino ai vigneti. Comodissimo l'ampio parcheggio considerando che abbiamo preso spesso l'auto. Ottima posizione per visitare la zona consglio a tutti questo albergo.

A warm reception, comfortable clean room with air conditioning. The service at dinner was exemplary. Very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. We had a delicious meal and have to say after several disappointing meals on our trip this year, this was the best so far

Thérèse was very helpful even recommending restaurants and villages to visit. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon overlooking the beautiful countryside. We had a very good dinner at the hotel the first night. it was very chilly and the restaurant offered us blankets.

We stayed for 3 days in April and had a wonderful time. The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were VERY nice, helpful and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Le Joucas definetly has a good a**osphere! The dinner from the cozy in-house restaurant was absolutely amazing. At the time of this review; two months after our stay, my partner still dreams of their asparagus velouteé.

We were staying here to bike in the area. It was wonderful returning here each night. Inspired: The staff was excellent! Food: Great breakfast! 9 of us booked dinner here, beautiful location, lovely staff and very good food. Three of our party were vegetarians and were catered for very well. We all especially loved our desserts. Good value for money too. (I’d made earlier direct enquiries by email and received a very prompt and helpful reply.)

The Luberon hill town of Joucas is quiet, sleepy, and not touristy. This hotel, in the midst of a renovation, has spectacular views and will provide great spaces for experiencing Provence at its peaceful, beautiful best. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and they are working hard to bring the hotel's amenities up to new standards. Our early-in-the-season visit was memorable in only good ways, and we hope to return someday to see how they are doing once the work is completed.

Avis Objectif : Cadre magnifique. Personnel sympa. Accueil/Serveur/Patrons et Patrone Belle piscine avec une vue très belle sur champs de vigne. Repas midi : Salade diététique peu copieuse par contre proposée par l'établissement. Ptit déjeuner très bon. Repas du soir sur terrasse dans autre cadre à l'arrière de l'hôtel est une nouveauté et une très bonne initiative. Serveur et chef cuisinier au top. Chambre : c'est là le hic.. Bruyant hélas. Aucune isolation. On entend tout. Bruit dans couloir, chasse d'eau, bruit de porte. Bruit wmc bruyante. Réveillé dans la nuit puis 7h15 du matin. Eau sous la douche qui passe du chaud à froid sans raison et plafond vieillissant autrement bonne literie et propre. Je dirais donc pour conclure. Tout est top sauf l'isolation des chambres et ptit rafraîchissement plafond dans sdb nécessaire.
