A Fantastic Stay at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn JBCC, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Johor Bahru, right above Komtar JBCC Mall and within walking distance to City Square Mall and the immigration checkpoint to Singapore. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Rooms & Comfort: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I particularly loved the large windows with a stunning city view, which added to the overall ambiance. The in-room amenities, such as a smart TV, coffee-making facilities, and a spacious bathroom, were thoughtful touches that enhanced the stay. Service & Hospitality: The staff at Holiday Inn JBCC were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. Special mention to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurant served a fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of local and international options. The quality of food was excellent, and the dining area was spacious and well-lit. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering a great place to unwind with a drink while enjoying panoramic views of Johor Bahru. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel features a well-equipped gym, a beautiful rooftop infinity pool, and comfortable lounge areas. The pool was a great place to relax, especially in the evening with the city lights in the background. The business facilities also seemed well-suited for travelers needing workspace. Overall Experience: Holiday Inn JBCC offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. Location is convenient. Near city square and CIQ. Hotel room is spacious with view over the causeway. Bed is very comfortable. However there is a pungent smell when you stand near the window. The shower faucet is not working well too. Overall it is still a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Molto pulito, molto comodo! La camera è lodata per comfort, spazio, pulizia e ideale per le famiglie. Situazione conveniente vicino alle attrazioni.Molto buona esperienza,attiva proprietaria e risposta rapida. Per controllare in modo regolare la sicurezza di quel edificio e vi aiuteranno e vi guideranno attraverso il processo.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

Disappunto il giorno in cui ho prenotato questo studio e c'era un altro studio più economico, ma l'ho scelto perché pensavo che lo studio sarebbe speciale. Le foto sul loro sito web differiscono da quello che ho ricevuto. Le tovaglie sono ancora profumate e bagnate. Specialmente la chiave duo. Ho detto loro che ho bisogno di parcheggiare il giorno prima, ma penso che non abbiano davvero importanza di nessuna carta d’accesso per me quando hanno chiesto di prendere la chiave della casa nella casella postale e mi hanno fatto guidare una volta per tornare per la seconda al lobby per ottenere. Ho soggiornato molte volte in R&F, che era il mio posto preferito, ma sinceramente con un altro ospite.La mia raccomandazione con Anju è molto forte, quindi controlla attentamente prima di prenotare.

Per una breve distanza vale la pena il prezzo, è pulito e l'aria condizionata era abbastanza fredda per avere un buon riposo notturno. Vicino a un sacco di cibo e 7-11 è proprio accanto all'hotel. Bello luogo di massaggio proprio l'opposto.

Hotel was very good had the villa vibes. Room waa spacious and extremely clean staff was polite and friendly. The location was good very close to check point. Tho the hot water was unstable a second its hot then another second is cold,overall a good place to stay with a family.

Camera piuttosto standard, pulita e ordinata. Ho sentito che c'è un bus navetta gratuito dall'hotel al centro commerciale Midvalley ogni ora (su prenotazione) ma non ho potuto provarci. L'unico lato negativo è che il pavimento del bagno può essere un po' scivoloso, ma va tutto bene! Prenoterò di nuovo!

The location is good as you can just cross the road to get to Aeon Mall. A wide variety of food options and shop types within the mall. There is a decent supermarket and food court as well. Outside of the mall and again within a 5 min walking radius, you have access to food options that are not typically found in the mall, wellness centers, popular local snacks stores and many options for pharmacies and clinic. The staff service is good as well, friendly and try to help. However the room noise isolation is underwhelming, and people partying above my room can be heard. Or maybe the guest above is party way too hard, stamping on the floor causing my partner unable to sleep well throughout the night. Not sure if the restaurant did not cater enough food for the number of guests staying for the night, 90% of the food for breakfast are not available and barely get replenished in the 30 minutes that i stayed in the restaurant. That is at 8.30am and breakfast is supposed to end at 10.30am.
