The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Menu colazione - Deve migliorare poiché hanno un sapore scuro secondo i piatti etichettati. (Es. Nasi Lemak, ma il sapore del riso era riso bianco) Camera - Monolocale completo di tutto quello che serve in una casa. - Ferro da stiro, frigorifero, angolo cottura, tv, divano, tavolo bar, ottima illuminazione, pantofole, bagno ben arredato e pulito. Personale - La maggior parte sono srilankesi e amichevoli con faccine sorridenti dalla hall fino al ristorante. Servizi. - Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e proprio accanto all'hotel sono aperti 24 ore su 24 MANA MANA EATERIES. varietà e posto fantastico per cenare. - Comodo negozio dall'altra parte della strada - Cibo arabo dall'altra parte della strada. - L'HARD ROCK è a soli 5 minuti di viaggio dall'hotel PINETREE. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica e ritornerei.

Second time here but first time i managed to find an available slot for a suite room and boy was the bathtub gorgeous and worth the extra costs. Large, luxuriant and lovely, the suite i was given was designed elegantly, with a nice touch of floral china tea and cup sets. Location is within walking distance of most of the vaunted and vouched-for cafes, eateries and KTV lounges. One of the better hotels in the area, though its fame has reached such a stage that weekend availability is almost non-existent!

While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Valore per soldi. Prenotato l’ultimo minuto e ancora aveva slot, e ottenuto un alto piano. Tuttavia, c’era un’uscita di potenza a mezzanotte, ma fortunatamente è stato fissato entro 15 minuti. La campana sembrava anche difettosa, perché non aveva motivo di doppia pressione.

Il personale è amichevole e utile durante il check-in. La stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Ho prenotato la stanza per celebrare il compleanno di mio marito e si è sorpreso di vedere la nostra stanza essere decorata con palloncini di compleanno e un asciugamano fatto “cake di compleanno” e una carta di compleanno con i desideri di compleanno scritti a mano. Grazie! 🥰

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Per un viaggiatore solo, questo spazio è piccolo ma abbastanza buono. Puro. Hanno asciugacapelli, tovaglioli, tovaglioli e pendenti. Acqua calda n fredda, forte doccia fissa. Molto amichevole ricevitore. Sarebbe buono fornire le mutandine. E la pigiama può essere meglio! Vicino a Nasi lemak Hantu, caffè di avvicinamento, delizia di waffle e mammalizio Kueh sono buoni!

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Protezione del suono non è molto buona, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto debole.

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!
