The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

I couldn’t resist indulging in the aromatic local dishes and treating myself to some window shopping; all within easy reach! One noteworthy experience was my visit to the hotel’s swimming pool complex. The lush surroundings were inviting, and I spent hours sunbathing and sipping on a float in the lazy river. I made delightful conversation with fellow travelers while soaking up the sun, which eased the lonely times of solo travel. It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Overall, KSL Hotel in Johor is a gem for solo travelers looking for a delightful blend of luxury, local flavor, and accessibility. I walked away not just with memories of the beautiful sights around Johor, but with a heart full of appreciation for the warm hospitality I received. Very suitable for families with young children. They have free shuttle at few places on scheduled timing, but more convenient to drive by car as its away from the city. Carpark is behind the front of the hotel but staff was very helpful to show us with map on how to get there in 2 minutes. Overall, the room is clean BUT there were 2-3 table tops which were sticky, we had to clean it ourselves, looks like sweet residue. There were also ants on the sink area & wall in 2 single-bedded bedroom. We are glad we had the privacy of 2 separate rooms, but we kept them opened. There is no view outside the window but we are okay with it. We still like it though as staff were very prompt, polite & helpful. We can feel the hospitality. There is a reasonable size gym with variety of equipment but no swimming pool. Maybe during checkout can remind us to let the counter tap our Touch & Go for complimentary parking, luckily there were many posters at the lobby to remind us to do so. Breakfast buffet was included, the spread is reasonable and the food was good considering its included in the room. Thumbs-up for the price which trip.com offer with my coins. Thank you Holiday Inn Express & Suites JB, we will visit again soon.

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Protezione del suono non è molto buona, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto debole.

Direction from Woodland custom to Opero Hotel: Duration: abt 30mins w/o traffic or less. 45mins with traffic Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - Check out was easy as well. - Size was reasonable 8/10 - Cleanliness 6/10 - Bed comfortability 8/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 6.5/10 - Safe is available - Basic toiletries are available in the room (eg: Shampoo, condition, body wash & etc ...) but better to bring your own if you are very particular abt it - Fridge available - Electric kettle is available / coffee & tea provided - WiFi is available 🌟Important Note🌟 - 5-8mins or so to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey - Surrounding, shops are mostly closed at night. - Complimentary parking is available Summary: - Good price (when on promotion) for a good location.

The stay was really comfortable and it is easy to get around with Grab. However, the walk to Aeon Tebrau might be a little challenging in the evening due to the high traffic flow. The staff are really friendly and they even whatsapp me to check with me constantly on my check-in time :) Overall, a great stay!

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!

Just a little bit pricey for walk ins, but it’s reasonable if purchased online because their services were excellent from the moment i checked in into the hotel. The staffs were friendly and responsive. The room was in excellent condition. They even cleaned up our room daily without being requested. Now i know why they received quite high rates and reviews from their guests. Will surely repeat again! Sorry i forgot to take more pictures for reviews
