I was early for check in that day. Thanks to receptionist who allow me to check in before 3pm. The room was very neat & comfortable. Breakfast was soo good😊

We booked 4 rooms & one of the rooms has a leaking sink. Face towels should also be provided since the showers & sink is separated.

One of the best hotel I have stayed the rooms are dived there are two rooms and the service is very good quality. The breakfast is also very delicious will stay again

Being a budget hotel, rate is good. Service is good but rooms and amenities can be improved. Our aircon is mouldy and has a smell, pillow and bedsheet has also a funky smell, really hope it has been changed prior to our check in. Bathroom has no hooks what so evet to hang clothes. It's decent for a budget hotel, but some areas can indeed be improved.

It’s nice and clean hotel. As it’s surrounded by offices. So the quiet at nights. 👍🏻

I have been choosing Holiday Inn Express when I visit JB due to affordable price for 2 bedroom. Staffs.have been always trying to improve in their services.

Very convenient location yet surprisely tranquility, friendly staff and excellent service. Room is not very big but design to its maximum efficiency, nice stay.

The room is relatively small, but if you're not too particular about space, it could be suitable. Some might appreciate the separate bathroom, toilet, and washing basin. It's equipped with all the essential amenities, though items like combs, shaving kits, and cotton buds are only available at the front desk. Breakfast offers a satisfying variety of options to choose from.

Breakfast can be improve more and car park space limited. Carpark location not really convenient.

The breakfast is less than average.. there's no sound proof in the room between the walls and it's quite perturbing

Room is clean, staff and housekeeping are friendly. Idea for traveller to explore nearby local food and spot.
