Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

Very comfortable place. Best thing is can smoke at balcony and ashtray is provided with table and chair! Smooth check in procedures and owner is very responsive~

The walk from the KTM was longer than expected but straight forward and easy to find. Place clean with sufficient ammenities and toiletries and also lots of space. The master bedroom has a big bed that can fit 3 persons and the secondary bedroom fits 2 adults. The couch also comfortable and the TV has many streaming platforms available. Downstairs is the R&F mall that also has many shops and restaurants which is very convenient! Overall really loved our short stay!! Would definitely choose this place again for overnight stay in JB~♡

I said I would check in late and the host was very helpful. He explained everything in detail. The location is very nice. The only thing to say about the house and the host is perfection. If you are going to stay in Johor Bahru, you can make a reservation here without thinking twice.

The condo is an excellent place to stay. Everything looks brand new, from the furniture to the bedding, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The clean and modern interior adds to the charm, and the owner's hospitality improved the experience. Highly recommended!

Newly built condo around 2 years old and good location. Suggest for those business travelers.

Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. But 3.05pm no news. I have to call/text them. Then they contacted me say room not ready, need to wait a while. Then waited a while and they send someone to bring me to #08 to rest inside a kids play room. In the room, toilet paper finished. I need to call to ask for more. 1 key card only. I have a family of 4, they are aware, but only give me 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel.

Really nice and clean apartment! Host was very understanding as the app wrongly provided early check in at 10am for us, (do note that check in time will be at the standard 3pm), but he quickly cleaned up after the previous guest left and tried his best to let us check in asap. view was nice, everything was as described, tv has netflix and youtube for us to watch :) everything was clean and in good condition generally! only thing is that as mentioned by other reviews, when you're checking in just call them instead of waiting for them to reply by text because they have to come down personally to get you. we called and they immediately came down so no issues for us :)

toilet was used and unflushed, plenty long black hair everywhere and sticky floor. Kitchen is equipped 0. not even a waterkettle that fits in the electric socket

The view was amazing, the price of the room was cheap for a 3 room apartment. Gym was fully equipped and big as well, in close proximity to a mall with a range of food options.

Easy access, within minutes from JB immigration to R&F! We had a very pleasant home stay. The facilities are all brand new. We love the lush clean towels. Service was prompt. Staff, courteous & friendly. The serene balcony view, overlooking SGP Woodlands at sunrise was breadth taking. We could see the new MRT link way. Definitely a bonus for future stay here! Will recommend my family & friends to stay here. Grab services are easy to book.

The apartment is in a great location with a prosperous surrounding area. The owner was very enthusiastic and came to pick us up. We are extremely satisfied.

The room was not fully cleaned up on entering the room at 7pm, and they forgot to give us keys to lock the room door but it was a 2 room unit with a shared main entrance so we had to request for keys at night to lock the door safely for the next few days. We checked in with the owner in the afternoon but the jam coming in was very bad so we had to rush off for our appointments. The check in process was clumsy and they insisted on taking our passport photos that Anju didn't require and a RM200 deposit that was only returned upon check out. The owner didn't register our car to the parking lot and we were stuck at the carpark for a few minutes while we tried to exit the carpark for supper. There was puke on the shower wall, hand prints on the mirror, and dots of puke in the toilet & sink. So I did some scrubbing to make it liveable since we're staying for 3 days. The coffee table also had hair and dandruff from previous user so it wasn't wiped down after use. The bed is nice and firm, I actually had a good night sleep on the bed as compared to the lousier beds at Anju. Unit provided us with cutleries, cookware and utensils and working washing machine which we utilised. Checking out was Abit messy because we cannot handover the keys and the carpark access card before leaving the carpark and 1 told us to handover at level 8 while the staff suddenly turned up at our door at 11.45am while we were still packing up. In the end we agreed to checkout at the carpark exit.. Price wise between YJYQ & ANJU, I would say YJYQ is more pocket friendly. And when I were to bring my family over for holiday, I would book YJYQ for the 2 bedroom join units. We also received a small door gift. 😀 Overall I personally like staying at R&F.
