Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Great Stay

The hotel is very beautifull. All staffs in hotel are very kindly and enthusiastic. I will come back in further.

温泉是我泡過成都附近最乾淨舒服的，上次來住的大床房，2.4米的大床住兩大兩小毫無壓力。這次住的一居別墅一室一廳還帶個私湯，體驗感更好不過床衹有1.8米。服務都挺熱情主動的，酒店環境超好喜歡拍照的可以體驗旅拍，還可以在酒店前台借自行車騎行。附近還有個海泉灣可以玩，有很多水上項目，國慶期間還能釣魚，保安説其他時間不讓釣

2022年首次接觸這家酒店，之後每年都會去4-5次。先説工作人員的態度吧，非常有禮貌，面帶微笑。有客房服務需求的時候，反應迅速，例如：由於有潔癖的原因，每次到酒店還會要求工作人員當面再次消毒，工作人員都非常有耐心。衞生方面：截止目前沒看到有不乾淨的地方。餐飲方面：比較喜歡鍋邊糊，因為喝了身體比較暖和，歡迎水果很新鮮。另外，酒店的Spa也可以體驗下，因為長期練普拉提，偶爾做個身體Spa也不錯。對了，很喜歡工作人員葉露，人美，聲音也甜，還温柔。

剛開業住過一次別墅房，今年看到大床房居然是2.4米的床，對於我們這種二胎家庭不要太友好！馬上預訂！！ 體驗很好，比之前增加了許多親子活動內容，入住率也挺高的。 唯一需要提升的，感覺是早餐服務。可能是國慶滿房，餐廳的工作人員有點忙不過來。

定這個酒店前看了很多評論和帖子都説是親子酒店，實際不是，親子設施非常簡陋，組織小童活動的工作人員也很不耐煩。唯一的好評給到一個叫陳魏的工作人員，非常有耐心，對小朋友很熱情。 這個酒店的温泉是不錯的，但是這個價位的房型套餐屬實偏高了。 還有，雖然説是管家服務，但是管家就是微信上發一些消息，最後找顧客多次索要好評，甚至説她來代寫，很不舒服。所以攜程這裏的5星好評應該真實性不高。

這家酒店，猶如一顆明珠鑲嵌於繁華塵世之中，靜謐而雅緻的空間令人流連忘返。無論是精緻的客房設計還是優質的服務水準，都值得稱讚！入住此間酒店如同身臨世外桃源，每一處細節都體現着匠心獨運的精緻與貼心服務，令人讚歎不已！在此次入住期間，我對於酒店的設施設備和人員服務非常滿意，尤其表揚他們的專業和貼心。我相信這將是我今後旅行住宿的首選之地。期待下次再光臨貴店！此店入住意自佳，雅座陳設皆匠心。窗外景緻添新意，一宿安寧夢已深。

入住的海泉灣美憬格温泉酒店，客房設施齊全，環境優雅，服務態度極佳。床鋪柔軟舒適，房間內乾淨整潔，讓人感到非常舒適和放鬆。餐廳的菜品口味豐富，色香味俱佳，尤其是温泉魚小火鍋，鮮美可口。此外，酒店的服務員態度熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。整個酒店的設施和服務都令人印象深刻，是一次非常愉快的體驗。強烈推薦給需要放鬆身心、享受生活的朋友們！
