L'hotel è situato nel quartiere Evernight City di Datang, affacciato sulla millenaria Pagoda della Grande Oca Selvatica, è adiacente al centro commerciale Joy City e a pochi passi da Chang'an Twelve Hours, dal Museo di storia di Shaanxi e da altri luoghi panoramici. . L'hotel è l'unico al mondo con il marchio Westin a disporre di un proprio museo, che tutti gli ospiti possono visitare gratuitamente. La colazione dell'hotel offre piatti cinesi e occidentali a buffet, nonché spuntini locali dello Shaanxi tra cui scegliere, permettendovi di assaporare Xi'an sulla punta della lingua senza uscire di casa. Siamo sempre impegnati a fornire a te e a ogni ospite un servizio come una casa lontano da casa. Grazie ancora per il vostro soggiorno e non vediamo l'ora della vostra prossima visita!

È stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente. Ho scelto la stanza Yanta. La vista dalla camera era fantastica. Potete sedervi sulla terrazza e godervi la vista del tempio Da Ci'en. La posizione è comoda. È possibile visitare la Pagoda della Grande Oca Selvatica e la Città della dinastia Tang che non dorme mai. Di notte non è più necessario infilarsi nella metropolitana o restare imbottigliati nel traffico. Puoi semplicemente tornare alla stanza a piedi. Mi piace anche lo stile cinese minimalista dell'hotel. L'Executive Lounge è il luogo più accogliente che abbia mai incontrato a Xi'an, con cibo delizioso e un servizio attento. Ashley del reparto relazioni con gli ospiti dell'hotel ha aggiunto WeChat e ha preso l'iniziativa di aiutare con il check-out posticipato e l'upgrade della camera la prossima volta👍

Il servizio è stato molto buono e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal fatto che il robot ci abbia consegnato il cibo in camera quando abbiamo ordinato la consegna a domicilio.

Ottima posizione in città e i luoghi turistici più gettonati sono proprio dietro l'angolo. Solitamente standard internazionale a 5 stelle e la colazione è buona. Tuttavia, non aspettatevi di poter trascorrere un pomeriggio e una serata tranquilli nell'executive lounge quando vengono serviti spuntini e cibo prima di cena, è molto affollato e popolare tra i bambini.

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling. Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

The location of the hotel is good, but I didn't go to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I have the opportunity, I will come back to the front desk. The nico service is very good

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin.   Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the beds and pillows were so comfy!   The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though this is a big hotel with many guests coming and going.   We liked staying here so much, we extended  our stay for another week.  We were very impressed by Leona, who went the extra mile to help us with our reservation.  She also personally delivered a pot of iced lemon tea to our room when she noticed how much we liked it.   The staff helped us to get taxis, and carried our bags when needed.   The breakfasts were always sumptuous, with a lot of variety.   We fell in love with the Mai, the Japanese restaurant, and ate there many times.   The chef was outstanding, providing consistently delicious food that rivaled what we ate in Tokyo,  and the staff, especially Kerry, were always warm and attentive, which made eating there such a lovely experience..   All said, the Westin is truly a five-star hotel, and is highly recommended.

Very close to the Big Goose Pagoda and right beside the night street area. The room is not in the main hotel building, needs to walk 5 mins inside hotel corridor from hotel lobby. Room is spacious with proper residence amenities and a washing machine. King size bed and a big sofa bed.  Great for family of 3-4.

This hotel is at a superb location just next to 不夜城. However, to go to Metro need a long walk. Breakfast has wide selection of food. Bed is very comfortable. We also tried the buffet dinner which is great. Also visited the free ticket to basement museum which is quite a good scale and collections. Truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Highly recommended although price is not cheap.
