We were happy to stay in Parisien hotel. Nice, calm please, polite staff, room is comfortable, beautiful view. Good breakfast. Good location, next to the temple, next to the Night market. Would love to stay there again.

Comfortable room, relaxed atmosphere, calm, nice view over town and river.

Booked 2 double and 2 twin rooms. Hotel is a bit old but location is excellent. Near night market, golden pagoda and eateries. Hotel can assist guests to arrange for transportation and make reservation for restaurants. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Clean and stylish hotel. English speaking manager (Albert), that is rare in this city. Very polite and very helpful. We are vegetarian and the breakfast was delicious, with lot to choose from. We choose a room with balcony, with river view. The room is sound proofed. The TV has only Chinese channels. Adding a few English channels could be a huge improvement.

Free pick up from airport. Location very near night market and many dining and shopping venues. Transportation easy access. Greetings from staff on arrival was excellent and staff always was attentive to our requests. Hotel has great ambience from its French style and decor in rooms and throughout. Almost felt like a chateau rather than hotel. Pool was small but clean and had great old world character. Room had spacious balcony to enjoy view of Mekong River. Even had a claw bathtub outside to enjoy if you dared. Breakfast was adequately sufficient and staff was efficient and cheerful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we decide to revisit Xishuangbanna. We think it's the best riverside hotel in Xishuangbanna!

The hotel was very clean, it had a helpful staff. The pool was big and clean as well.

Hotel is all in all good. Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is however max. Average.

酒店提供接機服務，小謝師傅非常熱情專業細心，特意為我們制定了詳細的旅遊計劃，讓我們每天都玩兒得非常開心。酒店環境寬敞明亮，設施齊全，房間非常温馨乾淨整潔，在陽台上就能看到壯觀的江景，酒店管家陽光熱情有求必應，早餐菜品非常豐富，種類齊全。

酒店地理位置和房間硬件都很好，服務態度也不錯，早餐種類也能滿足我的需求。整個酒店的裝修風格有種法式浪漫的感覺。如果能把陽台的拉門加裝上紗網門就更好了。陽台可以直接看到水流湍急的瀾滄江，傍晚還可以看到日落。當然，上8樓頂還能拍手捧日落的照片，並能看到日月同輝：右邊太陽還在下山，左邊月亮已經升起來了。與此同時，還能拍下告莊周圍漂亮的夜景。從酒店步行到星光夜市衹要幾分鐘，周圍就有很多好吃的和商店，非常方便。難得的是，雖然離星光夜市近，但隔音效果很好，關上門基本上就聽不到外面的音樂聲和嘈雜聲。最關鍵的是，價格也合理，性價比很高。號稱3月是淡季，但人其實也不少，可想而知旺季得多旺啊。

比較舊，很多地方發黴了，建議做防黴處理，牆上有血漬，看着不太舒服，智能馬桶經常不智能，不需要的時候老感應打開，需要的時候半天不打開着急，離夜市近晚上非常吵，唯一好的就是工作人員態度比較好、熱情有禮，房間總體衞生乾淨。

酒店周邊按摩 逛吃都很方便，定的江景房，景色很贊，辦理入住時候的服務員態度也不錯，早餐也還可以，推薦米粉。 但是入住的房間門滑軌有問題，嘎啦嘎啦的卡殼，洗澡水壓一會很燙一會很冷，晚上服務員不帶抬頭理人的，外賣放在前台拿走了也沒反應。

嗚嗚嗚想哭來版納一星期了最後一晚才住到這麼一家寶藏酒店🏨太舒服了都不想走了，奈何機票已經定好了回去當牛馬了！ 酒店好乾凈，很通風房間很大住的超級舒服的一晚下次有機會在來！ 服務很好👍
