La pulizia della stanza ha lasciato una persistente impressione, che, in modo immacolato e ben mantenuto, rifletteva davvero l'impegno dell'hotel a fornire un ambiente confortevole agli ospiti. UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

衞生：房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，一看就是勤收拾的。
累了一天在浴缸裏泡了一下，很舒服😌，感覺每個毛孔都被照顧到了。
服務：晚上快11點辦的入住，服務員態度很好，沒有絲毫不耐煩。
進入房間就看到準備的小零食啦，愛吃夜宵人表示很暖心🥰
設施：房間內的請勿打擾簡直上大分，第二天可以睡到日上三竿簡直不要太爽。
窗簾一拉，誰都不愛，密封性太棒了
走的時候給的伴手禮裏面還有口罩，熱淚盈眶🥹啊，來的時候沒想到濟南的柳絮這麼多，就沒準備，沒想到酒店很貼心的備上了，到了趵突泉附近，柳絮多到和風一樣多了，多虧了酒店給的😷🥳
下次來濟南還來這個酒店，床很舒服，各方面都很棒，捨不得走了都😋

MMasalHKRooms: Good size room, 6/F partly refurbished (especially electrics, carpets), 4/F not done. They have an executive lounge but it is just a lounge, no benefits that you get in other hotels.
Facilities: 2/F has pool tables, table tennis, card/mahjong rooms, gym; Floor B1 has a huge pool. All quite busy as they allow members of the public to pay to use.
Breakfast: Good, some western options. RMB40/pax at hotel.
Location: Perfect. easy walk to Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, shops. It is on the route of the Tourist shuttle bus which costs RMB5/day and goes to all the main sites. Frequent at weekends, less so weekdays.
Restaurants: Lots around hotel. South to malls on Quancheng Road where there are lots of all you can eat hotpot and BBQ. Also south to Kuanhouli, the snack street and some good restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). North is the famous Shandong restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. There was always a queue so we went to a similar restaurant across the street from it. Also next to it is the Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou restaurant which is excellent.
Service: We had a problem with the shower on 6/F as water pressure was very low or just cut out altogether. Initially we asked the front desk staff to sort it out but not much happened. Then asked the duty manager and he was very helpful and moved us to a suite on the 4/F. So if you have a problem, make sure you ask for some one in authority and the service will be excellent.
Language: Mandarin only
Will defintely consider again if we return to Jinan.

Vienna Hotel è molto superiore all'hotel che ho prenotato. Il wifi dell'hotel è veloce, la camera è pulita, il bagno è eccezionale, e il lobby non puzza di fumo di sigarette.
Amo gli ufficiali del dipartimento di frontiera per avermi controllato alle 9:00. Devono aver notato quanto ero stanco.
L'hotel dispone anche di una zona da pranzo. La prenotazione che avevo fatto non è stata con colazione gratuita, ma si può pagare un colazione decente con una varietà di piatti da scegliere.
Questo hotel non è nel centro della città, ma è vicino a una fermata della metropolitana, solo 8-10 RMB per un giro di Didi.
Il secondo giorno di Jinan, ho lasciato la maggior parte delle mie cose nella mia stanza per andare a Qufu, il luogo di nascita di Confucio, e ero sicuro che le mie cose fossero sicure nella mia stanza.
