酒店位置極佳，處於萊蕪區中心，交通比較便利，附近有美食街。
辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又專業，不僅快速辦理好了手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務與設施。入住的房間簡約又乾淨，細節處理十分到位。房間裏配備了智能小度，燈光、窗簾等都能通過語音控制，特別方便。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全聽不到外界的嘈雜聲，能安心休息。
酒店三樓的早餐自助區域讓我印象深刻，品種豐富多樣，中式的油條、豆漿、包子，西式的麪包、牛奶、煎蛋等應有盡有，滿足了不同人的口味需求。
這兩次在萊蕪銀座佳悦精選酒店的入住體驗非常棒 ，下次來萊蕪，我肯定還會選這兒！

Voglio che gli ospiti vogliano urgentemente gli ospiti. Questo rende la gente gentile come il vento e la Primavera.La stanza è pulita, le cose sono pulite e confortevoli.La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per il traffico e la gamma di pranzo e bevande è molto ampia. In generale, è un'esperienza di alloggio molto piacevole. La prossima volta arriverà!!!!

The inclusion of complete toiletries further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every essential was readily available.
The hotel's strategic location near Jinan Railway Station and its accessibility to public transportation were major advantages. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip.
One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it.
The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space.

XXiaoxingqiubeibimeng設施：電視雪花重影很嚴重，老電視了，浴缸下水道口不好用，工作人員及時給解決了。
衞生：乾淨整潔！
環境：地理位置沒的説，離大明湖、世貿廣場、恆隆廣場非常近，有游泳池，沒體驗，地下可以免費停車。
餐廳:早餐很豐盛，餐廳服務員李想主動提供貼心化服務，給帶的酸奶和麪包，提出表揚👍🏻
午餐在明湖廳團購的四人餐，三大兩小非常夠吃，服務員都非常棒，給孩子提供的寶寶椅和一次性餐具。
客房幾個大姐都服務非常好，全程面帶微笑，要的物品也能及時提供，給予迴應，提出表揚。
不足之處還是要説，半夜被對面住客拿房卡開錯房門非常惱火，一家子都被吵醒了，雖然不是酒店的責任，但還是希望酒店加強安全管理！

衞生：房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔，一看就是勤收拾的。
累了一天在浴缸裏泡了一下，很舒服😌，感覺每個毛孔都被照顧到了。
服務：晚上快11點辦的入住，服務員態度很好，沒有絲毫不耐煩。
進入房間就看到準備的小零食啦，愛吃夜宵人表示很暖心🥰
設施：房間內的請勿打擾簡直上大分，第二天可以睡到日上三竿簡直不要太爽。
窗簾一拉，誰都不愛，密封性太棒了
走的時候給的伴手禮裏面還有口罩，熱淚盈眶🥹啊，來的時候沒想到濟南的柳絮這麼多，就沒準備，沒想到酒店很貼心的備上了，到了趵突泉附近，柳絮多到和風一樣多了，多虧了酒店給的😷🥳
下次來濟南還來這個酒店，床很舒服，各方面都很棒，捨不得走了都😋

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! CCris R.This is a wonderful hotel that I happened to be checked in because my original hotel told me that they do not accept foreigners. I have a student visa in China as I am studying in Beijing and decided to travel to Jinan/Qufu on a weekend.
Out in the cold at 6 a.m., I reached out to Trip and told the customer service representatived named Russel about my problem.
He was quick to help me out. Basically, he booked this hotel for me in exchange of the original booking.
Vienna Hotel was far superior than the hotel I originally booked. The hotel wifi is fast, the room is clean, the bathroom is exceptional, and the lobby does not smell of cigarette smoke.
I love the front desk officers for checking me in at 9 a.m. They must have noticed how tired I was.
The hotel also has a dining area for breakfast. The booking I had did not come with free breakfast but you can pay extra for a decent breakfast with a variety of dishes to choose from.
This hotel is not within the city center though but it is close to a subway stop, only 8-10 RMB for a Didi ride.
On my second day in Jinan, I left most of my things in my room to head to Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius. I was confident that my things are safe in my room.
My two-night stay here really gave me time to rest and relax.
Would I stay here again?
The answer is a definite ”yes!”

UUtente ospiteOur traveling party of 5 booked 2 rooms. Although our daughters are now grown-up, they enjoyed the family theme, with toys, a small rocking horse (and foam carpet to protect young kids in case of a fall) and cute pillow case and blanket cover - perfect for families with young kids too (the bed is normal size, so teenagers can use it too, without a problem). Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. This is ”the only table tennis themed hotel in China”, so if you want to practice, you can bring your equipment, tables are there, waiting for you (in fact, the National team came to train here). The buffet breakfast was huge, and with multiple food options to satisfy both Western and Chinese tastes. Access from the airport was convenient, a 1-hr bus ride to across the road, and right next to the hotel to go back to Jinan airport, but do check the timing because it seems like every hour or so only. Baotu spring is a 10-15min walk away, so it's a decent location to explore the city too. We will certainly book this hotel for a future Jinan holiday !

MMICHAEL F P SWEENEYThe hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.
