Durante la festa nazionale, 380, bisogna anche fare la bicicletta.Anche se la piscina è fredda, il salvatore della piscina è ancora molto bello.
Non è un'unica cosa che si tratti di un ritardo.

La maggior parte degli anziani che vivono in un gruppo di alloggio, la colazione è la fine del mondo.
La stanza non ha un sapore chiaro.
Soprattutto la notte fuori, non so se il condizionatore esterno o il suono sonoro, sono sempre stati rumore e sono stati difficili da entrare nel buco.

我們是自駕來的，前一天就有酒店客服電話確認到達的時間，並建立了微信服務羣，告知了停車場位置以及酒店擺渡車停靠的位置，我們到達時，管家小胡和擺渡車就已等待在停車場門口了，接下來一系列抄作：上車到遊客中心、辦理入住、換乘電瓶車達到酒店、引導進房間、微信告知所有的入住訊息、遊覽景區訊息、餐飲訊息，第二天退房後，又幫忙聯繫接駁車直接送我們到停車場，感謝管家小胡一路熱情接待周到服務，讓我們迅速熟悉了酒店環境，無憂入住。酒店開張兩年，我們定的是景觀雙床房，空降很大、有景觀陽台，還有一間榻榻米茶室，設施很新且時尚，窗外就是景區有名的福善寺。早餐廳很大，中、西式早餐豐富，味道也不錯，特別是餐廳外的綠植錯落有致，還有噴霧，邊用餐邊賞景，心情很是愉悦！

L'ambiente è molto bello, la casa è molto pulita, gli alberi di pompelmi nel cortile mi hanno affascinato tantissimo, li adoro tantissimo, e c'è anche un simpatico cagnolino, però i pompelmi non erano maturi quando sono andato lì, il che è un po' dispiaciuto😔. L'atteggiamento del servizio della sorella alla reception è super buono. Ci tornerò se avrò l'opportunità di andare a Wuzhen.

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

AAmyAn absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody CoAbbiamo preso un autobus dall'aeroporto di Shanghai Pudong alla stazione nord di Jiaxing, poi abbiamo preso un taxi via Didi a Alipay per arrivare qui. La posizione del soggiorno era grande perché erano proprio accanto alla porta n. 2. Per gli stranieri, abbiamo dovuto ottenere biglietti e mostrare i nostri passaporti al centro visitatore a circa 100 metri dalla porta e dall'hotel. da prima della nostra arrivo tutto il modo di controllare, La risposta è sempre stata molto rapida e utile.Ci piaceva che l'hotel avesse anche un servizio di navetta gratuito per chiamarci e ci portò indietro a Dongzha (e la vecchia strada accanto a lui), così come la stazione di autobus per arrivare a Suzhou. Il zio era anche molto utile e amichevole, sempre pronto a aiutarci con il nostro bagaglio tutto il tempo fino al terzo piano e a darci le sue raccomandazioni sulle tempi, le direzioni e così via. Il giovane membro della famiglia in front desk è stato anche molto utile! Ci hanno detto di non impegnarci con le molte persone che offrono viaggi di giorno fuori solo per essere sicuri; ci hanno anche prestato ombrelli per la pioggia e il sole, e anche band-aid.
Ci piacerebbe rimanere in questo B&B di nuovo, ma chiedere un piano inferiore come il secondo solo perché di solito andiamo indietro a mezzogiorno e tendiamo a dimenticare le cose, quindi i voli delle scale sono qualcosa da considerare se non si è al di sopra dell'esercizio. La camera e il bagno erano molto puliti e buoni per i soldi! Sono stati anche molto considerati per mettere via tutti i centimetri su mia richiesta. Solo accanto al B&B erano piccoli pasticci, cibo e negozi, quindi ci siamo camminati anche la notte. Per Wuzhen, abbiamo fatto xizha solo per prima vicino all'hotel dalle 4:00 a partire da un giorno, poi dongzha , vecchia strada (magnato a pomeriggio) e xizha di nuovo alla notte il giorno successivo per risparmiare sui biglietti.

Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere.
Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay.
Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle.
Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary.
Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving.
Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

So pleasant and sweet, thank you for not dismissing me with ‘you can find the information if you just scan our WeChat!’ The room provided was gorgeous and Wuzhen Tong’an inn is huge. It was really nice to wake up amidst the sounds of washing dishes over lapping water. Wonton shop opposite the room over the canal. The water canals do not smell, and air was crisp (until the day-visitors arrive and they mostly smoke). Love the mahjong rooms that stick out over the water. This inn is situated close to the entrance of Xizha (West Scenic Area) and we were so charmed we never made it to Dongzha (east area). If you need reentry to xizha within 24hrs, scan your face at the hotel reception before exiting xizha. Their in-house restaurant was delicious! Also would suggest a very early morning walk (30min before sunrise), come back for the hotel breakfast, then head out again for morning market (早茶客). There is a family mart about 100m away if you need anything in the middle of the night.
Wuzhen xizha is made of 2 long parallel sides flanking the canal. The side where tongan inn is on is a straight path, so do stay on Tongan inn side if you prefer flat grounds and need to get somewhere further quickly. The opposite side has more bridges to climb but is very pretty and has more corners to explore. If you are with elderly, this side is not recommended because of the climbing. The bridges also do not have railings and are always congested once the night crowd arrives close to sunset. But amazingly nobody fell into the river as far as I noticed.
The crowds are really insane at night. The best time to enjoy xizha are really reserved for hotel guests staying inside xizha from closing time to before opening time. Wuzhen was great thanks to our accomodation. Highly recommended.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

1. Non appena sono entrato nella camera d'albergo, ho scoperto che il pavimento era molto appiccicoso.
2. La disposizione della stanza è un po' strana, di conseguenza il divano e il tavolo sono stati spostati.
3. (4721) La porta antipioggia non è facile da chiudere Oltre ai motivi sopra indicati, l'hotel cambierà camera.
4. Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo.
5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera.
6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra.
7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa.
8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi.
L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz.
Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti.
La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate.
Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle.
Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.

LLay KimWe travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.
