Check in staff were very efficient and friendly, breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide choice of both asian & western food.

L'esperienza complessiva è fantastica!La struttura della stanza è bella e molto pulita, e ogni dettaglio è molto pulito.Il letto è morbido e confortevole, e mi fa stare bene per tutta la notte. L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è entusiasta e amichevole. Il servizio è attento. Sono profondamente impressionato sia dalle istruzioni intime per il soggiorno che dal servizio efficiente per il ristorante.La colazione è ricco e fresca.La posizione geografica è buona e il viaggio è conveniente. Consigliare fortemente ai miei amici di viaggiare o viaggiare qui, la prossima volta scelgo qui!

設施：房間有衣帽間，鏡子，書桌，外面還有一個陽台 衞生：挺好的，房間很乾凈。 環境：在大堂辦完入住會有人帶路去房間，整個客棧很大，會很繞。 房間的床頭沒有充電口，都是一排燈，充電需要去書桌那裡充，不是特別方便，因為這個房間靠近酒吧，晚上的話會比較吵，但是之前訂房間的時候還提前打電話問了一下可不可以換成稍微安靜一點的，當時接電話的前台説下單的時候備註安靜就可以了，然而到現場辦的時候還是跟我們説會有一點吵，但是也很貼心的跟我們説可以提供耳塞。 值得一提的是訂房間還送了早餐，早餐可以説是相當的可以，種類很多，還可以單獨下面，小餛飩。還有小姐姐問是否需要喝咖啡。吃完飯在客棧裏面逛一逛還是挺不錯的。

La stanza non ha un sapore chiaro. Soprattutto la notte fuori, non so se il condizionatore esterno o il suono sonoro, sono sempre stati rumore e sono stati difficili da entrare nel buco.

Posizione geografica: situato vicino a Huijiang, centro di Liu Xing, prosperità commerciale, shopping, comodità da mangiare, vicina agli attrazioni (come la zona paesaggistica del lago meridionale), traffico conveniente. Istruzioni e servizi: il vento moderno e semplice, che prosegue il marchio di acqua di scatola, è dotato di apparecchiature intelligenti per la casa (come il controllo del suono, la finestra elettrica, ecc.).Le camere sono comode e confortevoli, la secco separa la guardia e l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è migliore in generale. Zona pubblica: dotata di ginnastica, lavanderia, tipo di colazione relativamente limitato (possono essere considerate alternative al cibo circostante). Salute e ambiente: la pulizia della stanza è al livello e soddisfa lo standard di catena hotel di alto livello. Esperienza di servizio: buona atteggiamento di servizio alla reception, velocità di risposta veloce, fornitura di bagagli di deposito. Raccomandazione: viaggiatori commerciali o giovani turisti che cercano una posizione conveniente, un design moderno o un'ampia gamma di visitatori.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, la colazione è ricco di sapore.Fornisce anche pasticceria pomeriggio e notte, e un buon rapporto di prezzo.La posizione geografica è buona, è molto conveniente per tutte le aree paesaggistiche e negozi.

房間很乾凈整潔~送了歡迎水果！客服小明很熱情，提前給電話問房間需求，還給預留了停車位！早餐在25層的旋轉餐廳，南湖的美景一覽無遺！酒店位置也很不錯，穿過馬路就是網紅打卡的天主教堂，再過一條馬路又是子城遺址公園，晚飯後散個步拍夜景，第二天一早再拍白天，完美避開人羣😄

very clean - and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful . feel welcomed . / the style is a bit old fashioned but has it s own charme . pool is large and gym is sufficient . will definetly stay there again if i am at this location .

La stanza è davvero buona. La stanza del piccolo cortile dell'hotel è molto soddisfatta. Anche se la stanza di tipo camera è vicino alla hall dell'hotel, è molto sicura perché entra in questa carta di stanza. Anche se l'hotel non è caldo, è arrivato qui ad un antico villaggio del fiume lunare a 500 metri a piedi. Questo è molto caldo.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.
