Hotel piuttosto grande, anche troppo per i miei gusti. La pulizia delle stanze e di alcuni ambienti comuni lascia un po' a desiderare. Il servizio a tavola è poco attento. Il cibo è discreto e assortito. Se tornassi a Gerusalemme proverei un'altra sistemazione, piuttosto che tornarci

La struttura si presenta maestosa con le sue più di 400 camere. L’impatto al check-in alla Reception non come quelli che siamo abituati a fare nella NOSTRA amatissima Italia, e cioè calorosi e dando un benvenuto nella TERRA SANTA, ma pensano ai gruppi… La camera grande, letto grande, come anche il bagno, con vasca, doccia, e laccio doccia. Bisognerebbe assumere una decina di persone in più per le pulizie alle camere per ottenere ciò che significa 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La FURBATA del Ristorante al II° piano è quella che se si è prenotato solo camera e colazione, alla cena ti chiedono € 45,00 a persona, e ti dicono puoi prendere tutto ciò che c’è sul Buffet. Allora chiariamoci !!! Un umano medio riesce ad ingerire un certo quantitativo per poi non sentirsi male e ricorrere in ospedale…OK ??? Quindi se io e mia moglie dovevamo spendere tutte le 8 sere € 90,00 per non essere contenti di ciò che ci veniva offerto eravamo solo due masochisti. Quindi a molto ma molto di meno ci sono Ristoranti in Gerusalemme nuova come il Mamilla, da Luciana, Etc. Etc. che di sicuro mangerete ciò che volete. Alla colazione è vero c’è di tutto, ma al posto di fare 3 primi piatti, e il pesce crudo( DA NON CONFONDERE ASSOLUTAMENTE CON IL CRUDO DI PESCE ??? ) potreste accontentare una vagonata di persone facendo un angolo con il NOSTRO AMATISSIMO SALATO ( PROSCIUTTI SALAMI BAKON ) La crescita di una struttura è anche questa, accontentare il mondo intero e non far felici solo quelli del posto.

A great experience. Food was delicious, best breakfast we ever had, lunch at the lobby restaurant was exceptional, amazing dinners served like at any 5 Star restaurant. Enjoyed room service all the time. Hotel is very clean with the most friendly staff. Great location, will definitely be back soon.

If someone is so unhappy to stay in this hotel, be warned to expect nothing at all from the staff. My checkin was accomplished by a girl in a steady bad mood; asked about finding some restaurant nearby she just showed me the door and told me to walk around. There was no water in my fridge, hence I called room service to order 2 bottles costing ILS 20 each. Only one was fetched but before bringing the second I had to pay, in cash, in advance. A ILS 50 was produced by me and the guy told me to wait for the order and the change. Another guy brought the water and was just leaving when I asked about the change. He said that no change was owed and a tough argument took place taking more than half an hour to be solved. Communicated about the issue the bad tempered recepcionist just heard as it seemed routine. During breakfast the guy in charge with the eggs was frying omelettes talking through mobile phone with no breake and paying no attention to the hosts orders. It looks like all the staff is aloof with hosts needs and rudness is the rule. If one doesn't care about being treated like dirt, that's the right place

I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights. The room was clean, a good size and it had a fridge that we really appreciated as it's good to keep water cold as it's hot here. All the staff have been really helpful and always chatted away to us. We had brekfast every morning that was tasty, a good selection of food. We also had dinner a few nights too. Again, the food was varied and really tasty and it's all kosher just incase that is important for people thinking of visiting. The hotel is in a good location, just a 15 minute walk from the Damascus gate of the old city so easy to get to, to go exploring all the sights down there and of course the markets. All in all we had a great stay.

I reserved a room for 2 with 2 beds i received a room with one bed .i asked the reception and they said they would send someone to crate a bed out of the sofa and no one came
