I have stayed in this property during my visit to Vaishno Devi. I must say that the hotel gives you a sense of world class hospitality. Ishmeet the lobby ambassador is very welcoming and sounds very professional. Hotel is clean and live upto the reputation of the brand. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a high end hospitality. The food was outstanding. I wish to visit this place again. Cheers!! - The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

ZONE, By The Park, is a centrally located hotel, 500 meters from the Jammu Railway Station. Clean and neat, the staff was very helpful and efficient. I really liked the delicious Kashmiri food: Nadru, Kashmiri dum aloo, dal makhani, etc. I would really like to thank the Chef who definitely created wonderful cuisine. I have stayed in other good hotels in J&K, but I can definitely say, the food and service are 'The BEST' in this hotel, ZONE By The Park. I met the General ***ager Mr.Prateek Acharya who was extremely courteous and gave us tips on food and sightseeing. After meeting Mr.Prateek, I tried the Kashmiri food; believe me, it was just wonderful. Moreover, Mr.Deepak in the transportation and the front office staff was very helpful. Great place to stay in Jammu.
