The hotel staff are all very friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. Hotel is located at very good location. Staff made my stay very comfortable with little surprise as I got back today after a long day where room has been turn down with special art towel and changed of better slippers with this little attention to detail made so worthwhile to have chosen this hotel during this trip! Thank you. Will definitely choose to stay here when I come next time.

Tv non funzionante, nessun menu per il servizio in camera e cambierebbe volume e si accenderebbe a orari casuali. Telefonate in ogni momento. Ignorato cartello non disturbare. Il personale del centro commerciale annesso era scortese. Il cibo era buono, ma monotono. I prodotti da forno erano eccellenti. Non è stato possibile ottenere un ordine di caffè coerente a volte una caffettiera con 2 tazze di caffè, a volte solo una tazza di caffè, a volte con latte, a volte solo nero. Eccetera Il servizio in camera non rispondeva fino al 4° tentativo quasi tutti i giorni. Il frigorifero era rotto. A causa del blocco, la maggior parte dei servizi dell'hotel non era disponibile. Tuttavia, hanno un laboratorio interno per i test PCR. Non proprio il trattamento che mi aspettavo da un'etichetta mondiale a 5 stelle. Il portiere durante il giorno era estremamente puntuale e disponibile. La camera era immacolata e pulita. La sicurezza era eccezionale.

Situazione molto buono e facile accesso ai servizi, cibo e bevande. La colazione ha una vasta gamma di opzioni sia locale, asiatico e occidentale, ma sarebbe bello con un caffè e un bar di succo di servizio di base. Le camere sono un po' inghiottite e piuttosto piccole, considerato il prezzo, anche se sembra che la maggior parte delle altre opzioni nella zona siano anche molto costose.

Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

Ho trascorso 6 settimane a Hotel Liberty tra marzo e aprile 2020, sono molto felice di essere stato lì e lo consiglio con forza. Ho viaggiato negli ultimi 30 anni e posso dire che questo è uno dei luoghi molto buoni dove sono rimasto. La posizione, il personale e la pulizia sono eccellenti. Le camere sono grandi (ho soggiornato in una camera di 28 mq) e con una luce naturale e artificiale molto buona; il bagno è buono e molto pulito; il letto è molto buono; il giacca è abbastanza grande per persone che viaggiano per lunghi periodi come me. A causa dell'emergenza COVID ho lavorato a tempo pieno dalla mia camera d'albergo e è stato molto comodo perché la tavola di lavoro è grande, la sedia è molto comoda e il WiFi funziona bene. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è anche eccellente. Quindi, non ho dubbi che tornerei all'Hotel Liberty. Grazie Pak Slamet, il manager dell'hotel, e grazie a tutti i dipendenti.

Anche se è un vecchio edificio, la stanza è molto ampia.Il suono dell'aria condizionata è molto alto, ho dovuto riparare il canale video da solo, perché il personale dell'hotel non ha fatto alcuna azione. Ho notato che non dovrei avere più aspettative su cose che hanno un bilancio, ma spero che l'hotel possa migliorare i loro servizi.

Vicino a Grand Indonesia, ci sono alcuni hotel nelle vicinanze. Questo hotel è piuttosto nuovo nel suo insieme e lo spazio è abbastanza spazioso. Ci sono finestre a doppia faccia nella stanza, il che è piuttosto speciale. L'illuminazione è ottima, anche l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono e la velocità di risposta telefonica è molto buona. Il bagno è molto pulito, arioso e luminoso e la moquette in camera è pulita. Dopo di che, ho deciso di prolungare una notte. La governante ha anche inviato quattro bottiglie d'acqua. E' un buon hotel, adatto per affari e appuntamenti.

My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno presso Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta. E 'stato molto conveniente avere una camera spaziosa, completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e cucina. Il personale era anche molto gentile e sincero in ogni momento. Mi è stato colpito dalla loro ospitalità. Sarebbe meglio pulire le finestre, in modo che gli ospiti possano godere di una vista più efficace.

Bene, inizialmente vicino al treno aeroportuale, camminando in dieci minuti, c'è anche la metropolitana sotto, anche se non può essere usata La stanza è grande e la scatola può essere aperta. Anche se non ci sono molti tipi di colazione, ci sono tutti e il gusto è buono.

Sono rimasto qui le mie prime 6 notti a Jakarta. La stanza era pulita ma molto piccola e nessuna finestra. Il personale è molto buono e il wifi funziona bene la maggior parte del tempo. A volte era sbagliato. La doccia è calda. L'Aircon fu in una fase, ma l'hanno risolto rapidamente. Qualsiasi problema e il personale aiuteranno. La posizione è grande vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e molte cose da strada e Grand Indonesia a pochi passi.

Sono arrivato all'hotel aspettando lo stesso hotel che la foto. Quando sono arrivato ho trovato l'hotel sul lato Fully Construction. Mi chiedo quanto grande la compagnia lile Agoda o Traveloka lo vendesse ancora. La ricezione era confusa, polverosa e piena di vecchi attrezzature. Lei è letteralmente all' interno della STRUTTURA .. non capisco come sulla terra stanno ancora vendendo la stanza?La mia prenotazione non può essere rimborsata .. anche se ciò che vendono è completamente un BAD HOTEL CONSTRUCTION SIDE e non si scuserà per questo problema . Ho pagato per IDR 450.000 e mi hanno rimborsato solo per 10 dollari.

Wi-Fi lento e alcune strutture spogliatoi/doccia rotte. Buona permanenza generale, ottenere ciò che paga. Aveva potenza tagliata in pod una notte si sveglia in sudorazione e nel buio. Il telefono non ha caricato. Non ci sono uscite solo USB! Piastrelle pulite e interno, personale amichevole anche.
