MMTse1070Great hotel to stay, will consider staying here again in the future. Services are great, stayed for 2 weeks including breakfast, the ladies during the breakfast are always cheerful and greet with everyone with great smile every morning. Breakfast menu is good, they have both western and Indonesian breakfast menu. The sate maringi was good, location is great except that there is the metro railway construction in front of the hotel, otherwise it could be a great place as it is within walking distance to Pancoran and Mangga Besar.

This is my first time trying Pan Pacific, and it was a terrible experience.
I have always been a fan of Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels. In fact, a few days ago, I was at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was awesome. But at this Pan Pacific, the service was terribly slow. I asked a simple question about their food, but they only returned my call after two hours! Luckily, Plaza Indonesia is nearby, so I could book some food.
The food at the club is for those who are tired of 'Indonesia.' It's too westernized. There should be more options.
As for the room, I am deeply disappointed as their TV couldn't connect with my phone, so there wasn't much entertainment. I called twice to ask, but they were unsure about it and didn't bother to come to the room to check. I went down to the counter and told them I was going out and wanted the TV fixed when I returned. Unfortunately, it was still the same. I ended up watching from my iPad. Even the radio/speaker wasn't working.
Additionally, I was promised a free gift but couldn't figure out what it was.
Then again, they just opened, so I can't blame them entirely. I just think they're not ready yet for customers.
To be fair, some areas they did well:
- The shower experience was really good.
- I requested a birthday setup, and they were able to cater with banners and a cake, nicely presented.
- Club facilities such as gym, swimming and steam room were great as well
I wanted to return to Pan Pacific tomorrow but had to cancel the plan. I hope Parkroyal Service Suites will be better tomorrow.

Da aiutarci a sortire un'area per incontrare la nostra squadra locale per aiutarci con le nostre domande strane ... Ha fatto tutto con un sorriso e ci ha resi felici e sicuri con il suo caldo personalità ... Il 17 ° piano di custodia della casa dal 28 maggio al 2 giugno era anche incredibilmente attento ... La mia stanza è sempre stata come volevo senza la necessità di informarli ... La proprietà stessa è pulita, ben mantenuta, e sono stati attenti con l'agiungimento come siamo usciti dalla pandemia ... Purtroppo manca su 5 stelle perché non c'era servizio in camera disponibile quando abbiamo avuto fame e non volevamo prendere cibo ... Altrimenti è davvero difficile da sbagliare questa proprietà ... Mantenere il servizio 5*!

UUtente ospiteRimase nella loro camera più elementare con un letto re. L'hotel ha un tema giapponese e si sente dentro. Il checkin era veloce, il ricevitore mi ha lasciato entrare solo dopo circa 1pm / 2pm, mentre sono arrivato alle 12pm, mi hanno dato un buono d'abbeverata che è rimborsabile per il succo arancione al loro ristorante / bar al 8° piano. La camera è compatta, ma ha tutto in essa come piccolo frigo, caldaia elettrica, TV con canale internazionale, aria condizionata, scarpe e così via. Il letto è un po' morbido per la mia preferenza, ma ha ancora dato un buon sonno. Lino e biancheria era pulito. Il bagno è molto simile a un hotel tipico giapponese, con bagno a dimensioni piene, sedile bagnato riscaldato con tutti i pulsanti bidet che si trova di solito in Giappone. le strutture sono complete. Tuttavia, spesso il bagno ha un odore di fame. Il buffet di colazione era buono per il suo prezzo, alcuni pane, riso, noodle, pollo di pollo e così via. niente di straordinario gusto, ma mi piace il curry giapponese. non ho avuto la possibilità di visitare l'onsen (l'unico hotel a Jakarta con Onsen forse? ), in generale amo l'hotel perché offre buon valore, ma devono migliorare il loro sistema di drenaggio e alcuni angoli devono essere puliti in modo approfondito.

Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture.
If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at Aston Priority Simatupang was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it an excellent choice for my visit to Jakarta. JjamesPotrebbe sicuramente essere più pulito e potrebbe trarre beneficio da qualche piccola riparazione qua e là. Si sentono rumori dalla stanza vicina e dall'apertura dell'ascensore. Tenda oscurante ma la luce del corridoio può entrare dalle fessure delle porte. A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina. Ma per il prezzo questo hotel è una delle migliori opzioni nel centro città.

SSirnajibI did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

MMichael FintanMet some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the basement which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.
