La posizione è stata eccellente, in quanto si trovava in cima ad un vasto centro commerciale, ad un gran numero di negozi e a un grande trasporto. L'unica questione che ho con l'hotel è che il costo è da 3 a 4 volte più di quello della maggior parte dei 5 hotel a stella a Jakarta.

Ho avuto recentemente l'opportunità di rimanere in questo hotel durante un viaggio d'affari, e in generale è stata una grande esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è ok, vicino a JIEXPO. La stanza stessa era confortevole e ben mantenuta, con tutte le necessarie strutture, ma vi erano limitate carte di accesso e ascensore, che potrebbero essere un po' scomode.

Non andate mai! Questafa senza alcun dubbio. Non c'è altro che arrivare alla stanza abbiamo visto che le salse minime avevano visitato 5 ospiti prima di lav****. Una stanza che se dici di non fumare non ha finestre e se fumi devi pagare in più per avere una finestra. Il bagno mi lascia senza parole. Piatto di doccia ossido, non specchio nel bagno, ventilazione pessima e igiene di riposo deplorevole. Siamo venuti a riposare dal nostro viaggio a Bali a Yakarta, ma invece di riposare è stata una tortura. Ogni notte alle 9 pm la festa era iniziata, vi racconto: l'hotel è composto da 5 piani e nel 4/5 sono le camere. Nel secondo piano hanno un magnifico karaoke che si ascolta fino al mio cervello fino alle 2/3 am. In sintesi, impossibile riposare. Qualcuno che vuole venire qui li sbagli molto male perché è il peggiore posto che ho dormito nella mia vita. Dopo la prima notte ho notato che le camere sono per s3x0 dopo aver bevuto e cantato per ore. Poiché come ho detto in precedenza nelle salse eravamo io e il mio partner e sostanze estranee da altri clienti. Non fidarti delle foto, perché sono peggiori del macchinismo, ci teneva un giorno e non poteva più.

I've been visiting and living in Jakarta for years and I've never found anything worst than this hotel in any accommodation presented in this city. First thing first, they don't allow to check in when i'm there at 2 pm because the room is not ready yet. It's already wrong to stop the guest to check in past the time of 2 pm let alone using the word ”ready” here that i would like to provide the reason why. After i arrived again at the hotel at 5 pm and checked the facilities, i found the shower is not working, the bathtub is jammed with hair and the shower needs to be fixed with new equipments. It is really embarrassing because i'm having visitor to stay. So after hours of their staff which is only one they have to take care of the room (i still wonder why an apartment this big only has one technician being given for duty), the room is finally ”ready” to stay which the clock at the time is showing past 6.30 pm. When I complained to the so called hotel manager at the time, he refused me for any kind of compensation and insists to change my room instead which of course i don't want to do that because i had guest. So after hours in the hotel, there's this commotion which i don't give attention at first but because it had repeatedly keeps noising us the whole time we're at the room then by the morning, i asked the hotel staff to investigate. Turns out, it's the hotel doing some maintenance with building which is happening from night to past night to midnight and happening again in the morning and past morning. It's really horrid and if it's not for the waste of more than 600k i spent for this hotel, i would leave that night. Back to the compensation, the hotel manager finally called me and the best he could do is to give me the room until 3 pm from initially 12.30. Omg.. I don't want to use profanity to describe the experience ive had in this hotel but the deal i made with the guest that night was ruined which is the deal that made me booked this kind of hotel apartment in the first place. Worst thing is none of this is compensated. After this they probably will reply this by something like they will improve their staff, for the sake of whose? Other people. Staying in this hotel definitely gave me trauma for staying in the outskirts of Kuningan.

I migliori attributi sono la posizione e il prezzo. prezzo ragionevole in una posizione principale, 2 grandi centri a piedi. La zona è anche relativamente sicura, più un McD nello stesso edificio se avete la notte a mezza o la fame mattina presto Tuttavia, come hotel d'affari (nessuna struttura) ci sono molte cose da migliorare - già indicato non ci sono finestre, così buono per soggiorni brevi - La pulizia doveva migliorare, visto che abbiamo trovato piccoli cazzoni all'interno del bagno e uno si è addirittura sbattuto in letto - Wifi speed was terrible, borderline unusable - la partizione della stanza era terribilmente sottile, si può sentire le conversazioni dalle altre stanze (anche i rumori di **********, se è questo il caso)
