Hotel in zona RPTRA Anggrek Lebak Bulus, Giacarta

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

La vacanza a Jakarta e il soggiorno nell'hotel Whiz Cikini, è stato molto impressionante con una accogliente ricezione all'arrivo da Mas Doni, dando un caldo benvenuto e un sorriso dolce all'arrivo. La dimensione della camera è abbastanza grande e la semplice decorazione della camera ci ha resi felici. Il delizioso colazione ci ha resi più eccitati per continuare le nostre attività di attesa. Grande posizione e servizio, la stanza è pulita e non ha nemmeno odore. Usano tappeti nei corridoi, rendendo un po' difficile portare i bagagli con voi. Alcuni rumori possono ancora essere sentiti dall'interno della stanza e le strutture sono molto basilari.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente.Il mio ragazzo ha approvato. Anche dopo aver soggiornato 3 giorni e 2 notti, disse: ”Voglio ancora stare in questo hotel.” Amiamo la piscina, è enorme e anche una zona profonda. Le mattine ci sono attività per bambini vicino alla piscina. Il menu per il colazione è stato diverso. Tuttavia devo notare che il personale ha bisogno di una migliore coordinamento durante il colazione quando è pieno. Sono 36 settimane di gravidanza e stamattina ho dovuto andare in cerca di un seggiolone. E' meglio fare una lista di attesa se i seggi sono pieni, quindi gli ospiti non sono Forse si usa una conversazione a piedi tra il personale della reception del ristorante e un altro personale che prende nota dei sedili disponibili.

This hotel is perfect for budget travellers, location is strategically located in the heart of Central Jakarta and a lot of food stalls outside, there's even a laundry shop near to the hotel and very cheap! Probably not the best but my stay here was great! Price is pretty affordable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

kinda old school type hotel, good maintenance, but not at all sectors, few cracks on pool floor, old hair dryer in bathroom not functioning, fridge of course is not functioning as well, parking lot kinda dark and quite like in old factory, toiletries and amenities is quite well equipped, bathtub available in each room

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

Attenzione ai dettagli: i dettagli piccoli possono fare una grande differenza nell'esperienza di un ospite. Un buon hotel presta attenzione a dettagli come la fornitura di servizi igienici, la fornitura di una varietà di opzioni di cucina, la fornitura di servizi di custodia immediata e la manutenzione di un ambiente ben coperto. Ricordate che le preferenze individuali possono variare e ciò che rende un hotel ”buono” per una persona può non essere lo stesso per l'altra.È sempre utile leggere più recensioni per ottenere una prospettiva equilibrata prima di prendere una decisione.

Questo sembra essere un ottimo hotel resort per una vacanza con la famiglia. La posizione è vicino all'aeroporto, quindi è di facile accesso, ma le strutture e la pulizia all'interno dell'hotel sono le migliori, tranne per il fatto che la strada di accesso è terribile perché si trova nel complesso industriale. Una grande piscina e una sorgente termale adiacente, un bagno freddo, una sauna umida, una sauna secca, fitness, un ristorante... Tutte le strutture sono molto eleganti e hanno una bella vista.
