Hotel terme a Giacarta

Sono venuto qui dal 2016 e scrivo dalla stanza, e il personale è andato oltre ogni altro hotel qui per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole e farlo senza pagare ulteriori tasse. Ho citato un prezzo conveniente ....Certo ho letto alcune delle altre recensioni e non è un posto perfetto per alcuni, ma se siete come me e come un posto tranquillo (eccetto per le moschee che cantano, ma che ovunque) e basso basso di operazioni chiave, quindi questo è il posto per voi! Sono tornato qui ....

La stanza odola talvolta sigarette a causa dell'AC centralizzato. Alcuni occupanti di altre stanze possono fumare, quindi è necessario essere rigorosi sulle violazioni del fumo se ci sono ospiti che fumano anche se sono in un piano non fumatori.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno a Erian. Il personale era grande ed efficiente, le camere e le strutture erano pulite, nuove e ben mantenute, e la posizione era conveniente. Il taxi era facile da arrivare. Il colazione era OK -- niente di stupendo, ma una varietà decente. Erian è una scelta solida e un buon valore; rimarrei certamente ancora.

Very difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

Lokasinya enak persis pinggir jalan raya sebelahan MCD, tp sayang agak sedikit serem sama hotelnya si 😅

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was great 👍 We were very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.
