My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip. The accommodation was very nice, we had a comfortable bed, it was very clean and they served a decent complimentary breakfast. The only fault with our stay was that we felt a lack of southern hospitality. The hotel staff were unfriendly and reception staff appeared uninterested in us as customers on arrival and departure which was extremely disappointing. I could go into more depth about this but will only say unfortunately when the hotel asked my husband to review our stay he was met with a hostile response, they refused to publish his review because they said his review was untrue even though the review was unbiased and it was our experience of our stay.

front desk staff, not open to helping....policies trump customers. want to check in early by 1 hr- nope against policy. wanted to extend late check out willing to pay extra- nope against policy. POLICY is king not the paying customer

Other than being tucked away in a not-so-well lit spot just off the highway, I was quite happy with the condition and cleanliness of this mid-level hotel chain. Obviously had been remodeled very recently. Saved me $$$ compared to the 3 or 4 other more pricey chains located near by.

Our room smelled musty or moldy or something. I spent more to stay one night that I did when I stayed at other locations that were Comfort Suites!! The young lady that checked us in was nice and helpful. The breakfast lady in the morning wasn’t real friendly. I never saw her smile. We didn’t eat breakfast as my husband wasn’t feeling well and we had a long way to go. I think next time, I’ll stay somewhere else.

We were tired of driving and decided to call it a night here. The girl that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and believe they have been updated recently. Really loved the layout of this room, kinda had like two sections, a living room and bedroom. Two TVs so I could go to sleep and he stayed up to watch TV and not really bother me. Had a nice breakfast the next morning, very clean and pleasing.
