Exceptional assistance from staff to settle us into a different room as bed was too high for short person to get into

Great staff, nice room, television was inoperable but staff was quick to remedy situation. Overall excellent stay.

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them. Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal. My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of SEALED individual bottles. I know it’s a less plastic thing but those are so easy to tamper with. Also as someone with allergies I can’t be sure what I’m using. So bring your own. Overall very nice

Comfortable beds No wastebaskets, no hair dryer, no desk chair … told front desk and they took care of them. Telephone in Rm 219 did not work.

The hotel was absolutely fine and very convenient. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel because they were pet friendly. When I booked, there was absolutely no mention that there was an additional pet fee. The fee was quite high, about $85 with taxes. I was irritated that this was never mentioned during the online booking process.

Wonderful-COMFORTABLE bed, room was perfectly clean-excellent visit! Could not have been better!

The only downside was the was no food or anything like that, but it was right off the interstate. And the other downside was the ac stopped working in our room. The were renovating the hotel though.

The front desk was rude upon arriving. The property was priced like a Hilton 187$ a night but was keep poorly. Room was dusty and wiring too light was sticking out of the wall. Not worth the money

The check in desk clerk was not welcoming at all! Close to rude!
