I'd probably rate this closer to 2 stars, versus the 3 stars we were shown when booking via Amex Travel. The staff was generally polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was okay (nothing special). There's a lot of inconsistent information floating around the property. Like different advertised rates for underground parking on the website/mobile app/check in (is it 18 or 19 dollars?), or the info sheet says that housekeeping will come every other day by default (kind of gross)... But then you find out that they don't come *at all* unless you request it. Stuff like that. But the main detractor is the rooms. The hotel is only a few years old, but the rooms were built cheaply and they're already showing their age. Some highlights: - Terrible lighting. Some of the bulbs are comically dim, and the side of the room opposite the window is perpetually dark. As soon as I asked the front desk staff, they knew exactly what I was referring to (and sadly, said that there's nothing they can do). - Very little storage. We came to hike, take tours, do outdoor stuff, etc., which requires a lot of gear. There's one coat hanger on the wall, two undersized dresser drawers, and a very tiny closet. Nowhere to keep shoes, and most of our room was covered with clothing all week. - Uncomfortable furniture and bedding. The ”West Elm” couch is hard as a rock, while the ottoman is lighter than a cardboard box. And I've never actually had back pain after sleeping on a hotel mattress...except for this trip. - Outlets throughout the room are unusable. The plug just falls right out, as they've been so worn. Bubbling wallpaper near the window, loose or damaged fixtures, awful shower head was par for the course in this room. - Terrible infotainment options. No way to connect my phone to the TV for streaming. There were 3 TV apps... Netflix, Showtime, and YouTube...and that's it. On the 5th day, Netflix disappeared from the TV completely. The one bright part was that the 'premium' internet was decent... I don't know about the free stuff, as I long ago just quit trying to even use free hotel wifi due to awfulness. The hotel was an okay base of operations for a week, where we spent almost no time in the room. But I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Horrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.

Il prezzo della casa è più pratico rispetto a quello della casa, e il prezzo della casa contiene colazione (non è stato raccolto alcun premio).Nessun WiFi (nessuna camera + lobby), non è conveniente.

In Jackson Town è relativamente economico, anche se sembra un motel, la stanza è ancora buona!La posizione geografica è molto buona!

È stato il miglior alloggio per un viaggio di Grand Teton. Situato nel centro di Jackson Hall, è stato bello per la vista, le camere spaziose e letti confortevoli.Grazie al personale amichevole, mi sono sentito bene quando sono entrato.

La stanza è molto pulita, ma le strutture sono più vecchie.A causa del tempo, il nostro volo è stato cancellato e siamo in ritardo per un giorno.Capisco la loro politica di ritiro, ma il processo di comunicazione con l'hotel è molto doloroso. La ricezione spesso non c'è nessuno e non c'è ritardo per tornare alla posta. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, e la colazione è deliziosa.

Andai come famiglia di quattro (bambini di 10 anni e quasi 9 anni) per quattro notti durante il fine settimana del giorno della gente indigena, e credo che il prezzo della stanza fosse stato metà di quello che sarebbe stato se viaggiassimo in agosto. Così è sempre bello. Inoltre, il cambiamento delle foglie è più un luogo già scenico e ancora più magico. Amiamo l'hotel per molte ragioni. La stanza che abbiamo ottenuto era grande e, quindi, molto comoda. Ha una grande vista sulle tracce sciistiche / montagne. Il bagno era grande con tutte le attrezzature. Grande cassetta per il magazzinaggio. Bella zona di caffè/tea con acqua nuova confezionata fornita quotidianamente. Il lobby era decorato con molte belle arte occidentali. Noi ci piaceva avere il nostro caffè/tea mattina al fuoco. I bambini godevano il complimentare pacchetto s’mores. Amiamo la zona della piscina e i tubi caldi bellissimo ubicazione tra gli alberi di Aspen che si trasformavano in giallo chiaro. (Stavamo chiudendo la piscina per la stagione, ma il nostro ultimo giorno!) Anche i ristoranti erano eccellenti. Infine, apprezziamo l'uso della macchina da casa, che abbiamo sfruttato per esplorare la città di Jackson. Penso che il tempo del nostro viaggio all'inizio di ottobre fosse perfetto, perché non era pieno di persone in hotel e ci rendeva più facile (come l'uso della macchina), ma anche le Tour di Safari della Vita selvatica di Grand Teton e Yellowstone. Prenotato attraverso il concierge ma con una società esterna. Non abbiamo chiesto un tour privato, ma entrambi erano privati! Inoltre, erano metà del costo di quello che il concierge stava pagando. Questo era il modo di andare!!
