We got to the hotel a little early n let us check in. The hotel was an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean n the rooms were nice. The carpeting needed updating in the rooms which would make it brighter n hallway should have the carpet removed w plank flooring. Everyday around 5 they have free popcorn n tea n cookies. They had a bad rain storm n they let some of the bikers get out of the elements under the canopy. . This was very thoughtful! Yes I would stay again. Breakfast was great.

La stanza è molto sensata, la casa di legno è unica nel paese americano.Ci sono spazzole e lavastoviglie, si può cucinare, e un posto caldo (artigianale) è un buon posto per le vacanze e lo sci!L'hotel è un piccolo quartiere indipendente, ci sono due auto di polizia parcheggiate dentro, e si sente molto sicuro. La città di Jackson è molto pulita e elegante. Il ristorante è molto delizioso!A due o trenta minuti da Grand Teton, mi piace!

What a special place to stay! We arrived very early from a flight and the staff did so much to take care of us and secure a room for us so we could change for our excursion that afternoon. The room was beautiful - the best of the old (gorgeous carved door, traditional decor, big soft bed) and new ( great bathroom, modern facilities). There were lovely touches like fires going all the time and hot chocolate and cookies left out for guests to enjoy. The Silver Dollar bar had live music every evening when we were there and a great atmosphere. The place to stay in Jackson.

Sono stato a Jackson molte volte, molte volte e ho guidato in passato questa proprietà più volte di quanto possa contare. Ho sempre pensato che fosse un piccolo posto, senza un vero ”appoggio a curvatura”, ma tornando a Jackson nella stagione estiva, per una notte, pensavo che lo controllerei. Ero molto piacevolmente sorpreso! Prima, permettevano cani- bonus! In secondo luogo, è una grande proprietà con molte attrazioni, e un super bel caffè per colazione (non incluso) dove ho potuto ottenere una tazza di avena di notte, e una latte di caca per la strada. Il letto era molto comodo, il check-in era amichevole e veloce (molto apprezzato dopo un giro di 500+ miglia) e si trova perfettamente vicino alla piazza che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

This hotel was okay but just not worth the price in my opinion. You could tell that it used to be really nice but maybe hasn’t been kept up as well as it could be. The room was decent and clean but the bathroom had some flaws. The shower allowed quite a bit of water to leak out around the glass door and you could tell this has been happening for a long time and has taken a toll on the bathroom floor and baseboard. They also had no bathroom fan and some sort of something was starting to grow on the ceiling due to excess moisture. We also got locked out of our room every day. We would arrive to our room and the key wouldn’t let us in. We had to go back down to the front desk and they had to reactivate it every time. We were offered no explanation for this and no solution other than “come back down if it doesn’t work”. Some pros were the complimentary coffee station in the mornings and the complimentary airport shuttle service. You can also book the local shuttle to downtown for free with the app which is convenient. It’s a decent hotel but just not worth what they charge per night and I wouldn’t stay here again as there’s nicer hotels in the area at this price point.

Ma, a causa di un uragano nel nostro stato e nella regione della Florida, abbiamo dovuto tagliare il nostro soggiorno di partenza di Jackson un giorno prima. È stata una buona decisione perché il giorno dopo i nostri voli sono stati cancellati. Una bella giovane donna che ha lavorato il nostro checkout alle 11:00, un giorno prima, si è sentita male per noi e ha consigliato di parlare con la direzione di un “credito”. Il direttore, spiegando la situazione e la ragione della mia chiamata, ha dichiarato improvvisamente che ha cattive notizie - nessun credito sarà rilasciato. Dopo aver lavorato in 98 paesi e visitato Jackson Hole diverse volte, la sua decisione di gestione non era una buona scelta di affari. Per una decisione di business di 350-400 dollari “no credit” sarà certamente una storia che condivideremo con la famiglia e gli amici. Questo è il modo in cui le imprese non raggiungono mai il loro pieno potenziale. W & P
