Hotel in zona Kadikoy Municipality Parks and Gardens Department, Istanbul

This hotel, run by friendly people gave us exactly what I miss in big hotel chains: the extra personal touch and great service. The room was big and cosy (we chose the 3 persons room for the 2 of us) and the room looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was on the small side but very clean, modern and all brand new. Blow dryer available. The bed slept wonderful (cotton beddings). The cushion was a bit high for me but at home I sleep with a very thin cushion so I don't have a regular taste on this. Breakfast is not included but you can order it at a reasonable extra cost. I had my breakfast every morning here at the hotel, (despite the nice cafe's in the neighborhood!) because this was the best breakfast ever! Every morning a different fresly baked (glutenfree!) bread. Besides that, a varation of delicious Turkish bites (don't know the name of). Olives, dried tomatoes, dried fruits, handful of nuts, every day different eggs (cooked, scrambled or fried at your liking), labneh (sort of cream cheese), yoghurt, honey. All freshly made and very tasty. Don't forget to taste the turkish tea or coffee. This breakfast was absolutely the best way to start the day in Istanbul; highly recommended! The hotel owner helped us with airport transfer, but also made the extra mile in helping us out with buying tickets for a concert. This kind of help is what makes the difference for your stay in Istanbul because not too many are English speaking and I don't know Turkish ;-) Overall a very pleasant stay and a highly recommended hotel for the extra personal service, the breakfast and all this in the best neighborhood of Istanbul: Kadiköy.

Il nome dell'hotel è effettivamente Istanblu Hotels, ci siamo trasferiti qui per due notti, poiché è convenientemente situato sulla linea M4 Metro sul lato asiatico su Istanbul alla stazione Bonstanic, uscita 2. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, ha stampato i nostri passaporti di bordo gratuitamente e consiglia di prendere il bus 10 nella zona marina dove ci sono buoni ristoranti e bar.

L'ambiente qui è buono, di notte è tranquillo e adatto al riposo e al transito, ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze sono ristoranti turistici, quindi non è consigliabile mangiare qui. C'è un ristorante asiatico Sophia nelle vicinanze, che è leggermente più costoso! Ma molto più conveniente di tutti i ristoranti turistici turchi qui intorno. Il servizio di lavanderia è costoso! Si consiglia di cercare lavanderie vicino a Taksim nella città vecchia. Non c'è una cucina per cucinare i tuoi pasti, ma la posizione è ottima. La Cattedrale di Sofia e la Moschea Blu sono molto vicine al centro della città e il Bosforo è a pochi minuti di distanza.Il prezzo è conveniente e il prezzo di oltre dieci euro compresa la colazione è un prezzo di coscienza nella città di Istanbul.

C'è un hotel così romantico in questa romantica Istanbul. La sua vista è molto bella, puoi vedere direttamente il mare, il bagno è molto pulito, la stanza è ordinata e anche l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è fantastico. Mi trattano come familiari e amici. La colazione è turca. Ci sono molte varietà. Fammi assaggiare l'autentica colazione turca e attendo con ansia il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Ho soggiornato qui molte volte, ma questa volta non sono rimasto per niente soddisfatto. Nella stanza, i capelli di una vecchia erano sparsi ovunque. La pulizia non ha avuto successo. Si è verificato un problema con l'acqua calda, l'acqua stava diventando estremamente fredda e calda mentre si faceva la doccia e si lavavano i piatti. Normalmente non sono una persona che sceglie i cuscini, posso dormire con tutti i cuscini, indipendentemente dal fatto che siano duri, morbidi, alti o bassi. La stanza è riempita fino all'orlo di un cuscino abbastanza grande da piegare la testa con un angolo esagerato di 45 gradi. Ho preferito dormire senza cuscino.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto per la pulizia, il prezzo, la posizione da piazza Taksim e la metropolitana.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
