L'hotel è perfetto come posizione, vicino a Istiklal Street e Beyoglu metro, Shishane Station e vicino bus stazione. Il personale dell'hotel è tutto sorprendente, utile e così gentile. Raccomando questo hotel per i viaggiatori a Istanbul

Hotel in ottima posizione ...in 6 minuti sei alla torre di galata e in 10 minuti sei al centro. Personale gentile e sempre attento ad ogni richiesta . Camere pulite ,alcune hanno una vista bellissima . Prezzo ottimo e colazione ricca con varietà dolci e salate . Ha anche una Spa con prezzi accessibilissimi.Stra consigliato

Worth your visit and the price is very reasonable for such a hotel Everything was very nice and clean, everything you need is within walking distance, the staff is very helpful, it helps to make our stay more beautiful, it is recommended, I will come back again, everything was great.

The place is just 3-5mins walk to Taksim square which also connects to Taksim metro station. I like the ambiance of the hotel. I feel calm. Room is clean and staffs are friendly. I feel relax and had a good sleep because you can hardly hear the noise from Istikal road which is a plus....I stayed in one hotel near the istikal road, and it was noise. A lot of bars there and it is up till 3am. They have a full breakfast. They have a spare card to use so that when it's summer time you can just leave the room without turning off the AC. Some hotels only give 1 card. By the time you get back to hotel, room is feels hot. Hotel is well maintained. I would go for this hotel when I come back to Turkey.

Per la nostra visita di famiglia inaugurale con la nostra figlia 1.5-year-old, abbiamo scelto di rimanere all'Hotel Piya.I nostri criteri includono un hotel dotato di piscina, una vasta selezione di colazione e una posizione di prima qualità. Nel valutare gli attributi dell'hotel, delineiamo i seguenti pro e cons: Pro: Situazione prima con comoda vicinanza alle attrazioni chiave, tutte a piedi. L'hotel, anche se situato in un quartiere antico di Istanbul, è stato gustosamente ristrutturato. Anche se è stato bellamente ristrutturato, le fine mura rendono udibili le attività vicine, che si sono rivelate disturbanti durante il nostro soggiorno. In particolare, la posizione principale dell'hotel è stata anche la sua principale insufficienza, poiché il rumore delle camere vicine ha colpito negativamente la nostra esperienza complessiva. Purtroppo, l'accesso alla piscina è limitato dalle 12:00 alle 19:00, con ulteriori oneri applicabili. Data la nostra esplorazione di giorno della città, l'accesso alla piscina è diventato impratico, e le ore di funzionamento limitate erano incongruenti con le aspettative degli ospiti. Suggeriamo di estendere le ore di piscina dalle 08:00 alle 21:00 per meglio accogliere i programmi degli ospiti. È notevole la eccezionale amicizia e attenzione del personale dell'hotel, che migliora significativamente l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti. Inoltre, noi sosteniamo l'inclusione delle bevande alcoliche nel bar dell'hotel, considerando le preferenze di molti ospiti e la restrizione di portare fuori cibo e bevande. In sintesi, sebbene la dimensione della camera possa essere compatta, un fattore che ci si aspetta a causa della posizione dell'hotel nel centro della città antica, è impecabile mantenuto. Inoltre, misure di sicurezza rigorose garantiscono l'esclusività delle strutture alberghiere, una caratteristica lodevole.

i booked my stay through ***********, i write the same review on ***********, but the hotel play a dirty game to remove my bad review by mark me as i didn't check in at all. i received am email from *********** that the i didn't check in at all. but i will chase them up. 1.the location of the hotel is very good time wise, like about 8 minutes walk to taksim Square, not far from the main places, but it is in very very hilly location it is not easy for everyone to walk it. 2- we book budget room, which are located in the underground floor(-1) , which is not the best windows or views. 3- in the room there was kettle , with complimentary tea bags and coffee, we luckily check the kettle before using it, it was very greasy and dirty from inside we couldn't use it, we went to the reception to ask them to change it with a clean one, he said 10 minutes, we been waiting so long , he didn't bring , we been to the reception again , we feel like he forgot about us and the kettle and then on the spot he take clean kettle from a different room and gave it us. 4-the toilet washbasin was leaking all the time when you are using the tap 5-the bed sheets was not clean and i think not changed when we checked in we found long hair on it and hair clips 6.the chair in the room was stained 7.we have a bad experience when we where checking out, we found that they want to charge us for some juices were ordered during breakfast,  which we didn't order. they were keep saying we saw the drinks you order on the camera, if you don't want to pay, you can have as a gift, i didn't like the way they were speaking as if they were doing it as a favour. we ask the manager to show us the camera footage, when we check it we found the drinks were ordered to a different table and not ours, for some reason they weren't feeling sorry for the mess they make and we pushed them to apologise for what happened. this causes delaying our way to the airport, as we missed our bus .
