Molto bel hotel. Tutto era assolutamente bene. Ci siamo chiesti il check-out tardivo e la nostra richiesta è stata accettata con un bel sorriso.Tutti i membri del personale erano grandi e disposti ad aiutare. Ci fermeremo qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Istanbul.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.

Il personale è molto amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare. Ci siamo divertiti molto il nostro soggiorno breve, l'hotel è molto più pulito e più bello rispetto alle recensioni precedenti, quindi non essere posta da loro. La posizione è solo per coloro che devono essere in quella zona, non consiglierei la posizione per chiunque voglia fare un turismo esteso senza usare taxi (a meno che non sappia come usare la metropolitana di Istanbul).

È un hotel molto bello, accogliente e confortevole. La pulizia e la temperamentalità sono molto buone. Il personale è professionale, amichevole e ospite. La posizione è grande, vicino alla maggior parte di Istanbul. Il cibo è molto buono con una varietà decente. Questa è la mia seconda volta, e certamente non l'ultima volta.

I visited the Mayi Hotel with my mother and my aunt and was absolutely pleased with everything! The rooms were very clean and the staff cleaned them daily. The wifi was good and there was a little coffe and tea station in every room with daily new water bottles and supplies. Overall a very clean and nice-looking hotel. But what made our experience here really good was the nice staff! Very competent and friendly. We were the most pleased to meet the worker named Walid. He was such a good-working, helpful and very friendly person!! No matter what, he always did his work fast, competent and with a smile. Thank you again for all your help Walid!! And thank you Mayi Hotel for the nice experience. We‘ll come again for sure!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems: 1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. 2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep. At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available. The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it. Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.
