Cleaness needs to improve and I forgot to put in my previous review that there is no evelator in this hostel. Also it seems like they will put all asians guess in the same dorm. The dorm that I sleep in is also facing the main street which is very noisy.

I like the clerks in it very much. Everyone is very kind and left me good memories. Another sister took two films for me. I like her very much, but she was not at work when I checked out in the morning, but I hope we can meet her next time. The coffee is also very delicious! I love the clerks, cats and everything here!

Good Location and Cleaning Service. Do need ti add more amenities

My personal locker was filled with miscellaneous items, and the lock was broken. When I reported it to the front desk, they asked for a $10 fee. I didn’t pay, and I took my wallet with me while showering.

Nice breakfast . Nice cafe . Night staff is clueless about hostel life. He came in at 2:45 am and turned the lights on and spoke in a regular volume voice to the guest who just arrived about the lockers and the beds etc He woke at least three of us. At breakfast the girls complained he did the same to them around the same time and woke them up . Clueless

Very good value for money. The staff there are very helpful and gave very good recommendations. Beds are comfortable and good place to meet others.

Clean and cozy place at a reasonable price with friendly staff willing to help! Room and toilet & shower are pretty comfortable and bed is comfortable. Easy to access touristic attractions. Willing to come back to the accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly. Room are clean. They also gave free breakfast and dinner on Friday night. And also night activities like pub crawl if you sign up for it. They have a space to put luggage before check in and after check out. Good wifi connection and good water temp and pressure. They also have umbrella for guests to borrow. They serve welcome drink. The terrace in my room are facing other buildings will a little view since the room is on the first floor. They don’t have elevator and the only hair dryer are on the 3rd floor in the shared sink room. The only things I’m not happy about is when i first came to check in, the first lady receptionist told me that my room is ready and i can check in after my welcome drink (i came at noon and wasn’t expecting to check in early), so i wait. But after i finished my drink, i asked the second lady receptionist if i can check in, she said to come back after 2pm. So i left my luggage and explored the city. I don’t mind to check in according to the check in time, but don’t make people wait. They gave two different answers. The room also not soundproof, i can hear people talking loudly around 2/3am next room. Overall their service are good.

Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, which is excellent. Rooms are clean. Location is great with convenient transportation. With that comes noise though, but nothing a pair of ear plugs won’t fix. There is only one thing that kinda baffles me : it takes longer than usual to check in. I arrived at around 4 PM yet I still wasn’t able to check in immediately. Had to wait quite a bit. They offered a free drink while I was waiting though. Thoughtful gesture. But to be honest it’d be better had I been able to check in earlier.

It's far from the station. The surrounding area is not very safe.

Локация отличная, хостел средний, комнаты и душевые не обустроены полноценно и уже чувствуется износ. В комнате 3 кровати в 2 уровня, низкий туалетный столик со стулом и металлические шкафчики без замков. Лестница на верхние этажи винтовая, для маломобильных людей не подходит. Окна комнаты выходят на дорогу, с закрытым окном до 3 ночи очень шумно, но без проветривания душно, поэтому беруши необходимы. 2 душа, 2 туалета и умывальная на 3 этаже: где-то нет света у зеркал, где-то протекают душевые лейки, в душевых отсутствуют диспенсеры с мылом. Доступ в комнаты по браслетам, открытие дверей создаёт много шума. На первом этаже зона кафе, красиво и аутентично, при заселении угощают приветственным напитком, ребята на смене были дружелюбными и вежливыми. Чек на американо и чизкейк выходит в 400TL. Теперь частный минус: ночью произошел конфликт между постояльцами из-за света, в итоге в 2:30 ночи соседка ругалась с сотрудником на турецком и перебудила всю комнату, все разбирательства длились минут 10. Девушку, которая пожаловалась на включенный свет, переселили, а нас оставили с другой, которая всю ночь дальше шумела в возмущении. Беруши не помогали и с нормальным сном пришлось попрощаться. Извинений за ситуацию не было. Так же хостел предлагает разные мероприятия для постояльцев, в день моего выезда должен был быть бесплатный завтрак. Но, видимо, из-за раннего выезда в 6:40 утра, никакого завтрака мне предложено не было.
