The location of the hotel is nice. Near Galata Tower. However, I did have problems with the room the there was water flowing out of the faucet and also from the ceiling. The receptionist was very kind and agreed to move me to a better room.

The hotel is on the top hill, close to Galata tower. The staff is very helpful. He helps us to carry heavy luggage to the room. We are an old couple. He changed the room on the low floor.

the location is good, and the staff are friendly. but the room is much smaller than the picture in the advert, which was a bit of a disappointment. they also put me in another building away from reception, and none of the sockets worked. i had to go to the other building at night to fix them. the shower was terrible. on the last day i didn't even want to shower to have to use it. cold, not enough water, water splashing everywhere.

位置就係galata tower後邊！基本上行一段路就去到獨立大街！百幾蚊一晚來講設施上面唔算係非常豪華，但係性價比極高。基本上應該有嘅都有，工作人員都非常熱心，有幫我搬到行李非常之感恩！ 附近可以行一段路下便可以搭船，然之後有交通工具做直播，但係美中不足就係如果行李比較重嘅話搬搬抬抬有點唔方便。嗰個位call車唔容易會俾人加價！

部屋はとても清潔でした。スタッフの方もとても感じの良い方でした。 ガラタ塔徒歩圏内で立地も良いのにも関わらず、料金はお手頃でした。 とても良いホテルでした。

I was booked in to the Corner Garden hotel right next door to this place but was made to go in one of their rooms. The room was damp, mouldy, dusty and falling apart. My asthma was made worse because of this so I had to move out the next day. They refused to reply to Opodo who I had booked through and now state that 'hotel is non refundable' DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND NOT FIT FOR ANYONE TO STAY IN!!

If you are looking for a cozy hotel in a great location with competitive rates, this is the place. Just a few steps from the tower and the amazing night life in Istanbul. Special thanks to Suat, the manager who was extremely nice throughout my staying at Murat Hotel.

Лифт отсутствует, придется тащить чемодан самому по узкой лестнице. WiFi практически не ловит выше 2го этажа отеля. Пыль абсолютно везде. Свет очень тусклый. Сказали, что такая концепция. Благодаря этому не видно катастрофическое количество пыли. Попросил убраться утром. Вернулся вечером - заправили только кровать. Снова пожаловался, сказали, что уберут только завтра. Съехал с отменой бронирования - деньги за этот день не вернули. Никому не советую.
