It’s so clean with all u need amenities! Staff are so friendly! Even tho there are still cons like location and u have to give back the key to front desk every time u going outside, but I will still rate it 5/5

酒店藏於安靜閑適的生活區，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘，位置很方便，距離最繁華商業街也不遠。房間面積在日本算很大，非常乾淨，應有盡有，甚至還有獨用的洗衣機烘乾機。請前台幫忙訂了三晚晚餐，都在酒店步行10分鐘範圍內，性價比都很不錯。總體而言，是下次還會考慮再住的酒店。

這是衹有幾個房間的精品民宿 座落在單行道的居民區裏 所以門口沒有出租車 必須走到大路上 出租車也不會知道這個酒店 沒有lunge 衹有一個服務員值班 完全沒有服務 我住的是個狹長房型 正面窗假窗 側面打開一股隔壁樓的油煙味 裝修精緻很新 最好評沒有任何異味 浴室非常好用 毛巾柔軟 吹風機是二百元的 風太小 長髮太崩潰 西式早餐送進房間但品質極其普通 以後這類酒店點評再好也不會選 淡季大倉37平方米的也這個價格 服務畢恭畢敬 配套完善 這種小店怎麼能比

在京都住的很好的酒店，整體酒店不大，一層4間客房，單獨的衞生間，淋浴房乾濕分離，有洗衣機和烘乾機，一家人住宿體驗非常舒適，酒店位置屬於比較安靜，但離周邊錦市場和大丸步行10分鐘，很是方便，推薦這家酒店

房間很好 也很安靜！價格也很能打 房間挺大的 兩次入住都很開心。酒店對面有個酒房的餐廳也很不錯

設施：非常非常齊全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：非常好，位置也很不錯，附近很安靜 服務：非常周到 在退房時，工作人員送我們出門，陪同我們打車，幫我們提行李，並鞠躬送我們離開，我非常感動。 住宿體驗也非常棒，房間特別大。下次再來京都的話，還會再選擇這裏。

That’s a great addition. Here’s the full review with your new sentence integrated: My mom and I visited Kyoto during hanami season in April. We stayed here for one night, and the suite we booked was perfect for its value, even during high season. This is my sixth visit to Japan and approximately tenth hotel, and I can confidently say this was the very best in terms of value and service. However, what is even more commendable is the level of service offered here. For instance, my mom and I were trying to navigate our way back to Osaka late at night, hours after we had checked out. The kind gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful, assisting us in selecting the best train and providing detailed instructions to reach the appropriate station. They were patient and caring, embodying the absolute best of the world-renowned Japanese standard of service. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Kyoto.

This was a FABULOUS stay, down to the detail. Arrival, room, service, cleanliness, staff and location. We had a room on the 4th floor which was very spacious and comfy. Perfect temperature, lovely bedding and linens, the lighting, bath and bathroom were all of the utmost simple and elegant standard. The staff was very helpful thanks to the services provided by Nishkawa, Hori, Ruri and Hirota. They helped us get around Kyoto, arranged for our baggage delivery to our next hotel and even helped arrange for a 24 hour laundry service since their pickup time had already passed. The anteroom also had a lovely couch and makeup dresser (boudoir) which my girlfriend used and liked a lot. All around 10/10, highly recommended. If I were to come back to Kyoto I wouldn’t doubt staying here again!

We recently stayed for four nights in the Tomoya Residence Hotel in Kyoto. We found the accommodation and the friendly and attentive staff were fantastic and just what we were hoping for when we booked. The Tomoya Residence is well situated in a nice part of Kyoto, surrounded by countless restaurants and cafes. It is also nearny to public transport and major attractions including the Nijō Castle and the International Manga Museum. After staying in hotels for a couple of weeks beforehand it was very handy to have our own self contained laundry within our two bedroom Executive Apartment. It was great to have a bit of space to relax and get prepared for our next adventure. Thank you to Tomoya Residence Hotel for a wonderful stay and an excellent base to explore Kyoto from.

We had a beautiful one bedroom suite on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard (Room 101) , so much space, own laundry , separate bedroom, separate toilet, big lounge area for relaxing with a kitchenette. Enormous amount of space by Japanese standards.This is a modern and spotless boutique hotel nestled in the narrow back streets of Kyoto.The staff were all attentive, we interacted with them more than in a normal hotel as you have to hand over your room key when going out for the day.A nostalgic touch ! A beautifully curated tray was delivered into the room for breakfast every morning at the requested time. This was included in our room rate. Less than 10 minutes walk to 2 different stations, bus is a good option with some research and preplanning. Part of the adventure was dinner each night in one of the myriad of tiny restaurants hidden in this area (and the quirky bars).Sake bars, wine bars, beer only bars one full of vermouths from around the world, most places with only a few seats. I was captivated by how it all works as a business model as there was only one sitting in the restaurants and we never felt rushed.A few language barriers but every meal was wonderful ,and very reasonable prices by Aussie standards.Absolutely no tipping anywhere including bars.
