Hotel muy bonito cerca de todo, el personal profesional me gustó mucho el sitio. Lo recomiendo no puede ver la terraza porque estaba cerrada es una pena, pero todo lo demás muy bien le doy un 10

1)酒店大堂接待員服務態度一般😬 2)行李員在電梯講解樓層清晰🧳👍🏻 3)我訂購嘅係雙人床房,上到房係兩張單人床. 即時打去接待處換房,俾我嘅回應係『全間酒店都無哂雙人床』🫠 建議情侶同夫妻寫定『入住要求』📝 4)房間燈光可以選擇黃燈/白燈💡 5)沒有盒裝紙巾供應(建議自行購買)◻️ 5)有洗護用品供應🧴 6)無牙膏牙刷供應🪥 7)三個插頭電制位壞壞哋,時又時無⚡️🤪 總括💁🏻‍♀️大堂燈光昏暗,我住4樓,晤會嘈. 房間算舊式,晤係太吸引,所以無影到相,只係影咗正門同大堂😝 因為撘夜船去伊斯坦堡,方便落船行去5-8分鐘算近,先揀呢間住一晚.點知去揾酒店嗰陣沿途都有好多酒店🏨😫😩😫

設施有點老舊了，標榜是四星，但是傢俱和裝修較老，位置很好。靠近聖索菲亞大教堂，步行很快即到，另外周邊餐廳很多，不過味道不去獨立大街的好吃。

Avevamo chiesto due camere triple, e ci siamo trovate in camere doppie con un letto in più cacciato dentro a forza: lo spazio era davvero pochissimo. Abbiamo avuto problemi subito con il transfert dall'aeroporto organizzato dall'albergo: non lo abbiamo trovato in aeroporto, e ci siamo dovute arrangiare, ma alla reception pretendevano che lo pagassimo ugualmente. La posizione è ottima, la pulizia discreta, la colazione varia, ma di qualità mediocre, il personale cordiale, ma solo in reception parlano l'Inglese. Non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la spa, gratuita fino alle 18 per i clienti, che sembrava gradevole.

The hotel was very nice looking, it was clean, staffs were very friendly and approachable. Very kind to my children. The hotel was in best location you can ever want. Walking distance to every attractions. You have the train station opposite the hotel, and trams stop near by. The train goes to the airport as well. One train change. Breakfast meals rotated, so you don't get the same food on daily base, which was good. Staff had good English. Now the down bit.... I would've given the hotel 5 star, the reason I gave 4 star is because they have Fecility Spa & Fitness in the basement. The staff in the spa department are not child friendly at all. My husband addressed the issue to the manager Orhan Celik, he's respond was very rude and didn't even rectify the issue. My two children went to use the pool, they weren't even loud, I felt soo uncomfortable there felt like curling up, continuously this female staff was saying "shhhhs". She didn't speak English. When ever the water went out of the pool, only happend once! She goes "madam" and made "ta, ta" sound. I felt soo uncomfortable, the kids weren't allowed to speak, laugh, kick in the water or do small jumps! It was a torture. Swimming is supposed to be fun! But it felt like we were suffering. I pulled them out within 10 min and took them to use the jet bath in the room. My husband used the sauna, he said the changing room stank so badly, it was filthy and disgusting. He raised all this with the manager Orhan, and he didn't even bother to solve the issue. He spoke back rudely and gave excuses saying the lady doesn't know how to speak english... but its okay for her to speak like this! Her job is to wipe the floor, and we wasn't even abusing the area. But gets annoyed if there is water drops on the floor! So my husband said if the children can't speak in the pool then you should not allow children to use the pool! He also did not agree with the smell in the changing rooms. He was saying it was normal to smell like this. He was very defensive with everything and had a reason. He did not apologise or sympathise at all.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Shukran at the hotel . When we had some issue with our Instanbul travel card,Shukran walked with us to the nearby train station to help. This level of service,offered so willingly is rare and very much appreciated 👏 👏💐. Thank you Shukran!

I stayed at Hotel Askoç in 2023 in September and November. It wasn't the first time and as always I appreciated the perfect location of the property and the comfort. In November I also had a small accident where I almost broke my wrist. On this occasion the hotel staff were fantastic and supported me in every way. Late in the evening, assistant Ampül helped me with a makeshift bandage. I would like to remember all staff members and thank them: Fevzi, Gülşan, Erkan, Hatan, Biral, Turan, Filiz, Irfan, Tülay, Tüıker, Berhon, Orhan, Sezgin, Alcın. I will always return to the Askoç hotel and highly recommend it.

Staff is very friendly, clean hotel and was a great experienceocerall. Staff also helped me book some great tours and a dinner cruise that I enjoyed! 100% recommend!!!I would definitely come back here
