Super friendly and caring management. The building has an elevator. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars, and Cağaloğlu hamam. I will stay here again in the future.

Location is good. 9 mins’ walk to Tophane tram station. 9 mins’ walk to the Main busy Street, I don’t know the name of the street, but it’s very beautiful. And it’s close to the new palace as well. Tammam is very helpful. I travel solo, he helped me to get a taxi to the airport and recommended local restaurant to me. And what questions I ask him, he will reply very quickly.

Очень хорошее место, чисто, красиво, высокие потолки, радушный персонал. При выселении до самолета было полдня, предложили оставить сумки. Молодцы.

房間很大，住得很舒服。瑞士小哥服務超級好。雖然價格不便宜，但確實值得👍看攜程上很少有中國人入住，給大家推薦一下。

Проживали в этих апартаментах с 07.10.24 по 12.10.24. Апартаменты прекрасно расположены - близко от центральной улицы, трамвайной остановки. Легко добираться до всех достопримечательностей. В то же время, это относительно тихая улица, что комфортно для проживания. Апартаменты очень чистые, мебель новая. Очень удобный качественный матрас на кровати. Все необходимое для проживания в апартаментах присутствует. Администратор всегда на связи и готов помочь. В здании есть лифт. По нашей просьбе нам разрешили выехать на час позже и предложили оставить на хранение чемоданы. Есть Wi-fi. В общем, это прекрасный вариант для проживания в Стамбуле! 地段不錯，房間很大有廚房，可以自己煮吃的，出門就是獨立大街，唯一就是有點吵，隔音不是太好，其實也是因為比較熱鬧

非常好的酒店，下次來還是住他家，就是洗澡熱水不是很穩定，一會冷一會熱

Posizione ottima. A 5 min da istiklal caddesi , via dello,shopping e taksim. A 25 min a piedi dalla parte antica. Casa molto semplice su un colle in zona beyoglu. Molto gentili i gestori. Ci hanno organizzato un transfert da Sabina gokcen a 100 euro and e rit. Comodissimo. Unica nota recé dicibile, il Wi-Fi che ogni tanto si disconnette. Consiglio. Quando andate al sulthanamet , scendete giù , o ve la fate a piedi in 25 min o prendete tram 1. Quando tornate a casa, scendete a taksim, così non fate mai salite.

Casa di Bava Review Casa di Bava was recommended by a colleague who stayed last year.  We booked 4 nights in the smallest apartment - No. 2 - which had windows to the street and was fine for a few nights for just 2 people.  Only downside for me was lack of space in the bedroom for a second bedside table.  Loved Istanbul so much and the Beyoglu area in particular that we extended for 3 nights in the larger apartment No. 8 on level 3 - fabulous, spacious, balcony, separate kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, huge fridge and very effective oven/microwave/grill.  The street is lively and fascinating to watch, esp in the evenings, but the double glazing ensures a good night's sleep.  The beds were both very comfortable, nice cotton sheets and all in all a very comfortable stay.  The manager, Tamam, has excellent english and was super helpful and accommodating.  The location couldn't have been better, we were spoilt for places to eat - all reasonably priced.  Some favourites were Norre - two doors down, TomTom Kebap and Ozan Borek around the corner, Zerze, a little further but home made beautiful food, and Vegan Istanbul, two streets away.  We would 100% book Casa di Bava again!!

We rented a Deluxe apartment with a bedroom, living room and kitchen. When visiting Istanbul, we return to Casa Di Bava. The hotel staff is always in touch. Self check-in was no problem. As always, excellent service and cleanliness. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Interior in modern style. You can cook in the kitchen yourself, there is a washing machine, all accessories in the bathroom. There is a balcony with views of Galata. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from Istiklal on a picturesque street. From the airport you can take a bus to Taksim Square and then walk to the hotel.

Nice apartment, close to Taksim and nice restaurants and cafes. Helpful customer service. Special thanks to Tammam! Will definitely stay next time

Very nice apartments with s good location and a view on Galata tower. Everything is clean, the bed was cosy, management is nice and friendly. It could be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights as the building is close to the bars, but we slept well and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to stay in istanbul. The main thing - is that the apartments are very clean and fully equipped. Location is perfect - central area where you can find basically everything what you need. And last but not least - brilliant staff. Very helpful and hospitable administrator. Thank you!
